very nice

Comments about Alba Sea Moss Moisturizer SPF 15:

Alba Sea Moss Moisturizer with spf 15 is a really nice moisturizer. It took me a long time to find this moisturizer and I love it. I went through many moisturizers trying to find one that would work for me. I have very sensitive skin and I seem to be allergic to some ingredient a lot of companies put in their moisturizer (sure wish I could figure out what it is!). But I have no problems with this moisturizer at all. It's nice and light and not greasy. It doesn't cause me to break out at all. I use it every day. I love that it has spf 15 in it to protect me from the sun. It has a nice smell. I also really like the fact that this moisturizer is less toxic than a lot of the other moisturizers on the market. It doesn't get the best safety rating in terms of toxins, but it does pretty well.

Alba's Sea Moss Moisturizer is my new favorite.

Comments about Alba Sea Moss Moisturizer SPF 15:

I have a hard time finding facial moisturizers that work well with my skin because I am acne prone but suffer from dry facial skin at the same time. My main issue with most moisturizers is that if they give me enough moisturization, they usually will make me look greasy and/or make my skin break out. So anything with SPF, forget about it! However, Alba's Sea Moss Moisturizer with SPF 15 is, to my shock, my new favorite! Although it has SPF 15, it will not make your face look grease-ball, nor will it be the cause of a break out (probably due to the fact it is made with natural ingredients and is paraben free). The best thing about this moisturizer aside from the protection against your normal day-to-day sun rays, however, is that it wears *wonderfully* under makeup! It absorbs quickly, but is not too wimpy of a moisturizer to combat the kind of skin like mine where rough/dry/peely patches tend to pop up. Although it might be more than, say, Oil of Olay, it is definitely worth it because it is so much better! I totally recommend this to all women (or men) of any skin type.

Very nice to your skin

Comments about Alba Sea Moss Moisturizer SPF 15:

I really do like this moisturizer.  It has a light feel and a very nice, light scent.  It is made using healthful ingredients, so that makes me feel good about using it too.  I first started using it when we moved to a very windy climate and I was constantly fighting dry, chapped skin on my face.  It really did a nice job repairing my very injured facial skin.  I'm not sure if it is a non-pore-clogging product, which is the one drawback for me.  When I use it everyday, I seem to get infrequent blemishes.  I'm not sure if it is because of the moisturizer or if it is a coincidnece.  I am sure that anyone who is not blemish-prone and who has dry skin would be extremely satisfied with this product.  It doesn't take much for a good application of it so a tube lasts a long time, which is good because it is expensive.  You also can't buy it just anywhere, so that may be drawback to you as well.  I don't hesitate to recommend this product.

Will use it for life!

Comments about Alba Sea Moss Moisturizer SPF 15:

This product is AMAZING.  I have always had very oily skin - to the point where I called myself an oil slick.  I struggled for years trying to find a moisturizer that would help my skin, provide sunscreen for my fair skin, and not just contribute to the oiliness.

And this product is it.

I wish the SPF was a little higher, but 15 SPF is good enough in comparison to nothing.  After I wash my face in the mornings, I put this on my face and just quickly rub it in.  In a few weeks of use, my skin is softer and I can feel and see a noticeable difference.  My skin tone is still uneven but perhaps that will continue to change with time. It is less red than before, just not enough for me to be perfectly happy.

There is little smell to this product, to me, and I truly have seen an amazing difference in my skin.  I love that there are no parabens and phalates, that it's lightweight, and that it provides me with some SPF.  After years of searching for a great moisturizer, I believe that I've found one I'll stick with from now on.

After this, I wouldn't use another facial moisturizer!

Comments about Alba Sea Moss Moisturizer SPF 15:

I've used Alba's Hawaiian line previously and liked it, so when I was in the market for a facial moisturizer with SPF I decided to give Alba another go and they did not disappoint. Their Sea Moss moisturizer brags Aloe vera, green tea, vitamin C, Irish moss, safflower oil and shea butter. It's about as close as you can get to all-natural while still including a sunscreen. SPF 15 provides good daily protection, although this is not a potent enough sunscreen for intense sun exposure.

This lotion is light and has a fresh, pleasing scent. For people with extremely dry skin it may not provide enough moisture, but for my combination skin it was just right. It wears extremely well under makeup. I've replaced both my day and night moisturizers with this one lotion.

The only gripe I have with Alba's Sea Moss moisturizer is with the packaging itself. The 2 ounce tube comes packaged inside a cardboard box - unnecessary waste to begin with. Inside that cardboard box is a divider that keeps the tube from rattling around inside the too-large box. This strikes me as somewhat deceptive. If you don't open the box and you don't exactly what 2 ounces of product looks like, it's easy to think you're buying a much larger product.
