Fun Workout

I absolutely love the Taebo workouts. My favorite is Taebo Cardio. The beginner videos are encouraging and set at a level that challenges you but are not so hard that you just give up. Other workout videos that I have tried that are supposely for beginners were filled with so many crazy moves that it was hard to keep up.  The people in the workout also seem real. They are not all skinny women, so they are more easy to relate to. They also sometimes make mistakes with the workout but always get back on track. They are very motivating and encouraging. Because I love to eat, regular exercise is necessary for me. Taebo is fun and I do not view exercise as a boring chore. I actually look forward to working out. There are also a variety of videos available. They are afforable, and you can workout in the comfort of your own home instead of going to the gym.  I would definately recommend these to people looking for a fun and challenging workout.

Tae boe works!

Tae bo with Billy Blanks is one of the smartest ways to get in shape. not only to you have to go through the hassle of getting dressed, driving , paying membership fees and going to a gym, but you lose weight even faster. this is a great motivator. Billy talks to you the whole time encouraging you. you don't even have to leave your house. this workout is 25 minutes long and recommemded 5 days a weak. it builds strength, balance, and heart. "visualize", "your the boss", these are some quotes from Billy. I have lost 30 lbs in 3 months with this video alone and eating less. I feel great, fit and less fatty, lazy and unable to get off the couch watching TV. the music in the video is also great! there are hit 80's and 90's sounds that you move your body to and have a good time. Tae boe is the fastest, least complicated, least stressful and fun way to lose weight. everyone can make time to excercise only 25 minutes a day for 5 days a week. it works!

Do you enjoy a fun, high energy workout? Then you should try the Tae-Bo videos. These videos are created by Billy Blanks and they are full of high energy exercises. His series start with an intermediate so you can learn the steps. He takes you step by step and shows you how to do them correctly. After you have mastered this, you move up to the next videos. He has them broken down by different types of exercise. Some of these are Abs, Cardio, etc. This is a fun way to work out and get others to workout with you. It is a kickboxing type workout. He also has a "boot-camp" style video out right now. This one too is an excellent series to get into shape.  He even offers dietary information in his video series. This includes menu ideas and ways to eat better and feel great. The recipes are great tasting and real easy to put together. He gives examples from breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even snacks. I highly recommend Billy Blanks Tae-Bo videos (all series) for the person who doesn't have time to get to a gym or doesn't enjoy working out in front of others. It worked for me and I know if can work for you.

Great workout

For month's I would sit on the couch watching tv looking for aways to lose some weight running out to stores buying dvds that would bring fun to a workout , but I would get bored right away with the ones I would buy. I 've in joy this workout plan called Tae bo it a workout plan that has help me burn calorie fast , and drop the weight fast . And for months I try so many workout dvds looking for results and not getting them . It might not be for everyone but it brings fun to a workout , if you like kickboxing and high energy workouts that make you sweat alot you should try it if you want to move your body this is for you than it easy to learn the moves , and you feel the burn also you feel refresh after this workout it amazing . You also burn alot of calorie and tone up all around the first week of me doing it I seen result it will hit every bodie part on your body making you look good and feel good about yourself .

Not very entertaining but intense

I used TaeBo for awhile because my mom had a beginner video.  I can tell you that the beginner video is definitely intense and you do get a good workout in less than thirty minutes.  I didnt really enjoy the music that much, it didnt really push me and I felt like the moves were a bit repetitive.  Still, it was a good thing to throw in on a day when i wanted  A quick workout and at the time it was all that I had.  I wouldnt say go buy it but maybe check it out at the library as a way to mix it up.  If you are into kickboxing it is a good way to get rid of your aggressions while working out.  just envision the jerk from work as your invisible punching bag.  LOL, thats better than a real life butt kicking.  I liek Billy Blanks, he seems cool and like he does care to help people.  And they had different age and shaped people working out which might be inviting to people who dont want to watch a bunch of blonde sticks pretend to "get in shape."

WOW, what a workout!

 I recently tried the taebo workout tapes. I think they are great! Very easy to get your heart rate up and start sweating. The set offers beginners to advanced. So you can go at your own pace. Great for anyone who wants to lose some pounds. your definatly gonna be moving. I would recommend these tapes to everyone.

Taebo is the greatest!

Taebo is one of the best excercise and fitness workouts that I have done. Billy Banks is so inspirational and he motivates you when you feel like you just want to give up.  One of the things I really like about the video is that the people in the back seem so real.  What I mean by that is that you can see them sweating and strugglng to keep up just like I am!  It makes you feel weak when everyone on the screen is just going along and you can barely breathe or keep up with the pace. The video is also fun.  It adds martial arts to the workouts which really makes me feel strong and empowered. When I have completed the work out I feel like I have really done something.  I am sweating, my heart rate and pulse are up, I am tired.  I feel like I have worked out. I have been recommending Taebo to all of my friends.  It's always better to work out with someone other than just by yourself that way it motivates to do it daily.
