The 30 Day Shred With Jillian Michaels is an exercise video that, if followed, can help you lost 20 pounds in 30 days! Jillian Michaels, best known as the tough trainer on reality show The Biggest Loser, has designed a work out that only lasts 20 minutes long and features the "3-2-1 Interval System" which mixes cardio, strength and abs for weight loss.
There are 3 different intensity's to choose from. Of course Level 1 is for beginners and Level 2 and 3 are each a step more intense.

A friend told me about this DVD and after watching her body begin to transform, I knew I had to have it. Jillian offers 3 different levels of circuit training workouts. Each one begins with a warmup and then 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio, and 1 minute of abs. You repeat the circuit two additional times and end with a cool down. I like Jillian as a trainer and a trainer on The Biggest Loser. She battled weight issues so she knows what she is talking about.

review »I am an avid workout video user. I get bored easily and I'm always looking for a great workout dvd that will inspire and challenge me. I frequently get dvd's from Netflix to try out before I decide if one is worth the cost involved in purchasing the video. I have to tell you that every workout I've tried of Jilian's is worth it! review »I love the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred dvd! I have to say its difficult even at the beginner stage, but well worth it. I have three children, so doing a workout that you can see results with in twenty minutes has been awesome! I now have purchased her new disc for the wii because I love her so much!
I don't even watch the Biggest Loser, but I had heard about her and thought what the heck, I will give it a try. Well it works amazingly! Definitely one for busy moms who have no time to fit in exercising!
I first found out about Jillian Michaels' exercise programs through her shows on Exercise TV (in itself a great resource - but maybe that will be another review)! I'm not much into aerobic classes and way too cheerful, hopping around instructors, especially first thing in the morning. Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred is everything I love about exercise and nothing that I hate about it. She is real, she is sincere, she is definitely not the cheerleader, happy-in-your-face kind of instructor. She is encouraging, tough, and motivating.

The usual aerobic programs with the way too happy, over-eager instructors are not my thing - especially first thing in the morning. So, with Jillian, what you get is a very real, very sincere, motivating, tough personal instructor - right in your own home, on your time schedule. review »I have to admit that I absolutely love Jillian Michaels, but even beyond that this is a great workout. The 30 Day Shred Is not your typical, boring workout. It starts with a good warm up, and then gives you cardio, abs, and strength. I have read that some people think it needs more ab work, but what you have to remember is that you can do all the cruch's/ab work all you want, you will not see them until all the fat ontop of them is gone.
