Based on the hit TV show, the Biggest Loser Workout DVD, Season One features contestants from the show's seasons one and two as well as instructor Bob Harper. The workout is challenging but not so much so that beginners can't pick it up. There is both cardio and strength training on one DVD and you can customize your sessions to your preferences. The cardio and strength segments are only 20-25 minutes long and can be done back to back or on alternate days. Our reviewers really enjoy this workout, even if they haven't watched the TV show. They say it is a very effective workout routine that pushes them to the limit but doesn't frustrate or confuse them with fancy moves that take forever to learn. Not quite what you're looking for?     The Biggest Lose Work Out  DVD finally a workout I can customize based on my time and wants. This DVD has the warm up (5) minutes and cool down 5 minutes. This DVD has a variety of workouts to choose from it has the low-intensity cardio (15), boot-camp, functional fexibility additionally it has High- Intensity and Power Sculpt for women and they have the same segments for men. My dad is an avid "Biggest Loser" fan.  He is even interested in participating in the show if he could--I might be tempted to join him.  As a testament to his love for the show, he purchased the workout tape to help him get in shape at home.   My dad is health conscious and loves to workout, but  a thyroid condition that he got while he served in Desert Storm/Shield, has caused him to gain weight.  He is determined to lose it.  His first experience with the tape makes me chuckle.  He put the tape in and was excited to get to workout with the trainers from the show.  He started with...

I absolutely loved the Biggest Loser One Workout DVD. You can pick and choose what workouts you want to do from warm up, two levels of cardio, a strength workout, boot camp (strength+cardio) and cool down. You can also pick if you want to listen to Bob Harper train you or just music. The workouts are fairly short (about 20 minutes each), which is nice to be able to fit in when you don't have a lot of time. I used this DVD for two months and lost 20 pounds (I also purchased the Biggest Loser Cookbook and used the recipes from that). I am writing a review on Biggest Loser Workout DVD, Season One, i watch the show now and then so watching this dvd and try to lose weight is pretty good. I now watch what I eat so I can get healthy again. I don't get fast food anymore, I try to cook every night even if I am tired from working all day.I also watch what I cook ,I try to cook a balanced meal.So far I have not lost any weight ,but I have not gained any so it must be working for me. I don't think my daughter likes eatting at home every night, I think she would like to go to Mcdonalds.

The Biggest Loser Season one - You would think that this is easy but it will really make you sweat and rev up your metabolism. Even the low impact cardio is tough and will leave you really worked out but you'll feel great. If you combine two or three of thre workout, you really will feel good and proud about yourself. Though an advanced trainer, this video gets me if I slack a little bit. The fun thing is, this has been done by the biggest losers and they are such an inspiration. You'll love it! This video will always be on my routine.

I have a gym membership but often times find myself to busy to go or bored with the gym.  One day I noticed the Biggest Loser Workout videos and purchased this one and the Yoga version.  My husband and I tried them at home and love them.  They are very motivating and it feels like Bob is right in your living room telling you what to do.  The workouts start easier and get harder because there are different levels you can choose.  We both workout a lot but felt the workouts we got from these videos were good.

This is a great workout.  It is easy to follow and doesn't leave you confused like some workout dvds.  It's also a fun workout, you really will enjoy it.  There are 4 sections: low intensity, high intensity, boot camp, and a weight section.  If you only have time for a quick workout, then you can do just one section.  The Biggest Loser Workout 2 is also a great dvd.  I enjoy working out to both of these dvds and would recommend them to anyone that wants to lose weight or stay in shape.

I love this video and I exercise regularly. It can be pretty difficult for beginners, as my husband is larger he had a hard time with it in the beginning. It is one of those dvd's that you need to build up to. Take a break, take a breather, begin again. Just don't give up and try to do it at least three times a week. They do use weights, and it kills me sometimes but I really believe it is worth it if you want to see results. I also believe the addition of slower movements was a nice tough that any person can do.

Biggest loser workout is great!
this really did make me feel like a loser!
hard workout. felt great though and was a lot of fun. I should be in great shape in no time at all.
I would definitely reccommend this to anyone looking to get in shape.

I feel this Biggest Loser Workout DVD, Season One, could be the dvd for people who want to learn to like them self. When I watched the movie on tv I liked the way the instructors helped the people to strive for what they wanted. To see the sucess was grand. I feel anybody who fits into this way of life should try the Biggest Loser Workout Dvd, Season One.

The Biggest Loser Workout DVD, Season One was a good workout.  It helped me take off the few extra pounds that I had put on.  The DVD was easy to follow I would tell other people to buy it.  I was a little sore the next day but if it wasn't working you wouldn't feel anything.  This DVD is good for the everyday person.

The biggest loser season 1 dvd is great, it helped me go from 225 to 125 in about 6 months. It is easy on the joints and back. I have hip and back problems and this dvd was perfect, it helped my back and hips with low impact. There are easy levels to use and work your way up. Great for beginners. I give this dvd two thumbs up.

The Biggest Loser workout is a great work out. Bob Harper leads a tough work out, but by the end I know I've accomplished something. Bob is easy to follow and has modifications for those who aren't ready for the full blown thing. It's a great way to work up a sweat. It's prettty fast, too, so it definately fits in my day!
