This is a great workout that contains 5 different workouts on one dvd. Four of the workouts consist of: 2 cardio workouts, 1 strength training workout and 1 bootcamp workout. Each of these workouts are only 20 minutes long which is perfect because I prefer short effective workouts.

There is a warm-up segment at the beginning of the workout and stretching segment at the end of the workout. This is a great workout and it is challenging. If you have to modify some of the moves do so. During some of the higher pact moves I will modify and march in place to keep my heart rate up.

I really like Bob Harper training style and enjoy his Biggest Loser Workout Dvds. The cast members from Biggest Loser Season One are featured on this particular dvd. It's nice to see them sweating like I sweat while doing this workout.

The only workout equipment needed is a set of hand weights and a workout mat. Overall is this a solid workout and you will get results from only working out 20 minutes a day.

Very well done! People expect a lot from this show considering the amount of time it's been on television, and this DVD delivers that and more. It's really cool how it features real people from the actual show, so you and I can relate to them. Most workout videos show unrealistic portraits of people, ones that I will never look like, doing exercises. But the Biggest Loser understands how real people look and feel and makes it comfortable to follow along. This is great for beginners, and those who may need lower impact activities due to back or knees problems. Having Bob Harper, one of the hosts from the show, is inspiring and he seems to really care about the people. He incorporates a warm up first, then a great workout, and a cool down, which many people do not do, or realize how important it is for the muscles. If you do not stretch after a workout with this cool down, I promise you will be sore later and for sure the next day. This is a great video and really motivates you to get moving!

I have a few different Biggest Loser workout DVDs that I will rotate when I don't feel like going to the gym but want to exercise. The Biggest Loser Workout DVD from Season One is one of the DVDs I use when I'm looking for a workout that isn't too tough to complete. This DVD has contestants from some of the first seasons of the show. Since I don't really watch The Biggest Loser, I don't know who all the contestants are, but I'm sure fans of the show will like working alongside some of the contestants on the show.

Throughout this exercise DVD, Bob Harper leads you through various moves that allow you to select a higher intensity or lower intensity. There is a warm up and a cool down on this DVD, as well as 25 minutes of Low-Intensity Cardio, 20 minutes of High-Intensity Cardio, 20 minutes of Strength & Sculpt, and 20 minutes of Boot Camp. You can select to do all or just one of these sections.

An old DVD but a great workout!

The Biggest Loser Workout DVD, Season One is one of my favorite Biggest Loser workout DVDs. I think it is the oldest workout DVD that the Biggest Loser has made, however that does not mean the quality is bad! I love the workout that this DVD provides! The DVD also has different workout programs so you can change up your workout and make it more challenging. The different workout programs also help you from doing the same routine over and over again and getting bored with the DVD. There are programs in which you just do cardio and there are also some just for weight training. The programs are also really easy to follow, and the moves are not complicated. I think that this workout DVD is also enjoyable. There are some workout DVDS that have moves that are impossible to do and all of the people working out are super small. The Biggest Loser Workout DVD has real people doing moves that anyone can do! Bob Harper is also very funny and motivating. Another great thing about this DVD is that because it is older it is also cheap!

This is my favorite workout! I do it once daily and have actually lost weight! You can choose routines depending on your level. It keeps track of what you do and scores you at the end. t gives you great numbers to keep track. I do this and then put it into my fitness app I use and have stayed on track. It is fun too so you don't get bored with it.

Good show

I am overweight and I love watching how other people can lose weight. I started watching the Biggest Loser and it is really cool to see the transformations they go through. I will say that not everyone has the trainers and support that they do so it does seem like they have an easier opportunity to lose weight. Losing weight is never an easy task, but having support makes the challenge less stressful. I wish I could go on the Biggest Loser. I know if I had the support to lose my weight like the people do on the show, I would give it a hundred percent and stick with everything I would learn. I just don't have that opportunity so watching the show seems to give me the tips I need to get started. It is a very great wholesome show for everyone to watch. It is also a good show for children so they can see that eating healthy is very important. I know that being over weight is not always just on the person. They could have other health issues that could cause them to gain weight so I think it is important to not judge anyone overweight. Overall, The Biggest Loser is a show to watch. Even if your not overweight, you could learn a lot from the show.

Motivating

I have a gym membership but often times find myself to busy to go or bored with the gym.  One day I noticed the Biggest Loser Workout videos and purchased this one and the Yoga version.  My husband and I tried them at home and love them.  They are very motivating and it feels like Bob is right in your living room telling you what to do.  The workouts start easier and get harder because there are different levels you can choose.  We both workout a lot but felt the workouts we got from these videos were good.

**The Biggest Loser Workout DVD, Season One** was a good workout.  It helped me take off the few extra pounds that I had put on.  The DVD was easy to follow I would tell other people to buy it.  I was a little sore the next day but if it wasn't working you wouldn't feel anything.  This DVD is good for the everyday person.

This is a great workout.  It is easy to follow and doesn't leave you confused like some workout dvds.  It's also a fun workout, you really will enjoy it.  There are 4 sections: low intensity, high intensity, boot camp, and a weight section.  If you only have time for a quick workout, then you can do just one section.  The Biggest Loser Workout 2 is also a great dvd.  I enjoy working out to both of these dvds and would recommend them to anyone that wants to lose weight or stay in shape.

    The Biggest Lose Work Out  DVD finally a workout I can customize based on my time and wants. This DVD has the warm up (5) minutes and cool down 5 minutes. This DVD has a variety of workouts to choose from it has the low-intensity cardio (15), boot-camp, functional fexibility additionally it has High- Intensity and Power Sculpt for women and they have the same segments for men. With the customization you can do a 20 minute work-out or 60 minute work-out.

     This DVD also has the option of having music only or the instructional version with  Trainers Bob Harper and Kim Lyons and several contestants from season 2 & 3. This feature I particularly like if once I learned the routines I can follow with the music.

    I would recommend this to a beginner or a seasoned person because the customizations feature allows you to go at your pace. If time is an issue you can do an effective work-out in 20 minutes and when time allows extend the time.

    This DVD also has special feaures that include Inspirational stories, cooking segment,2.0 Dolby surround sound. Best of all I have lost over 15 pounds and still going.
