review »I absolutely loved the Biggest Loser One Workout DVD. You can pick and choose what workouts you want to do from warm up, two levels of cardio, a strength workout, boot camp (strength+cardio) and cool down. You can also pick if you want to listen to Bob Harper train you or just music. The workouts are fairly short (about 20 minutes each), which is nice to be able to fit in when you don't have a lot of time. I used this DVD for two months and lost 20 pounds (I also purchased the Biggest Loser Cookbook and used the recipes from that). review »I am writing a review on Biggest Loser Workout DVD, Season One, i watch the show now and then so watching this dvd and try to lose weight is pretty good. I now watch what I eat so I can get healthy again. I don't get fast food anymore, I try to cook every night even if I am tired from working all day.I also watch what I cook ,I try to cook a balanced meal.So far I have not lost any weight ,but I have not gained any so it must be working for me. I don't think my daughter likes eatting at home every night, I think she would like to go to Mcdonalds.
The Biggest Loser Season one - You would think that this is easy but it will really make you sweat and rev up your metabolism. Even the low impact cardio is tough and will leave you really worked out but you'll feel great. If you combine two or three of thre workout, you really will feel good and proud about yourself. Though an advanced trainer, this video gets me if I slack a little bit. The fun thing is, this has been done by the biggest losers and they are such an inspiration. You'll love it! This video will always be on my routine.
I love this video and I exercise regularly. It can be pretty difficult for beginners, as my husband is larger he had a hard time with it in the beginning. It is one of those dvd's that you need to build up to. Take a break, take a breather, begin again. Just don't give up and try to do it at least three times a week. They do use weights, and it kills me sometimes but I really believe it is worth it if you want to see results. I also believe the addition of slower movements was a nice tough that any person can do.
I feel this Biggest Loser Workout DVD, Season One, could be the dvd for people who want to learn to like them self. When I watched the movie on tv I liked the way the instructors helped the people to strive for what they wanted. To see the sucess was grand. I feel anybody who fits into this way of life should try the Biggest Loser Workout Dvd, Season One.
The biggest loser season 1 dvd is great, it helped me go from 225 to 125 in about 6 months. It is easy on the joints and back. I have hip and back problems and this dvd was perfect, it helped my back and hips with low impact. There are easy levels to use and work your way up. Great for beginners. I give this dvd two thumbs up.
