Very Intensive
This is definitely not for newbies! It's really for those who already love Mari's DVDs and workout system and want to expand their workout to include new moves and techniques. This is a significantly longer DVD than her intro/beginner's DVD. While the beginner's video is about twenty minutes long this clocks in at nearly an hour. While some of Mari's other DVDs are more targeted to abs or legs this is a full body workout. And you'll feel it for sure! By the end fully expect your muscles to be quivering and to be covered in sweat! While this is a more gentle workout overall (it doesn't require any jumping or anything) this is still high intensity muscle building activity. During my time working out to Mari's DVDs I did find myself feeling longer and leaner and did have better posture. Her method offers overall toning. Also, be advised that this is not for those of us who have tiny dorm rooms or apartments. You need quite a bit of space to be able to swing your legs and be able to do all the exercises properly.
