Weight Watchers Premium Ice Cream Cups Reviews

I have been on a diet since May and have lost just about 20 pounds.  I have been doing my best to stay away from sweets but there are times when the cravings take over.  The other day I was craving cookie dough ice cream like crazy.  I couldn't find any brands at the store that were fat free or low fat in that flavor.  Just as I was about to give up, I came across Weight Watchers Premium Ice Cream Cups.  They were cookie dough flavor and low fat!  Who could ask for more?

I had been trying to lose weight since my husband got deployed. I wanted him to come back to a completely new me. I am however, a sweets addict. I don't know many girls who aren't. This is a great way to have a snack while eating healthier. It is all about portion control and WW has made that easier. They put a serving of ice cream in  a cup so that you can grab and go. The taste is the same as if you got it out of a regular carton. Several wonderful flavors to choose from.

It's a good thing these come in single serving cups because I'd be tempted to eat more than one.  They are a bit pricey for my liking, but I try to make sure I always have a coupon for them so I don't feel like I'm getting ripped off.  I especially enjoy the chocolate brownie.
