Weight Watchers Premium Ice Cream Cups Reviews

I have been on a diet since May and have lost just about 20 pounds.  I have been doing my best to stay away from sweets but there are times when the cravings take over.  The other day I was craving cookie dough ice cream like crazy.  I couldn't find any brands at the store that were fat free or low fat in that flavor.  Just as I was about to give up, I came across Weight Watchers Premium Ice Cream Cups.  They were cookie dough flavor and low fat!  Who could ask for more? I have tried several flavors of the ice cream that are individual portions from Weight Watchers and have enjoyed each one as much as regular ice cream.  When I say regular I mean just about all different brands.  I love ice cream and didn't have a favorite brand until I tried this one.  Even though it is a little out of my budget I like to indulge myself every now and then and get some to treat myself.  I like the individual portions because if I fix myself a bowl of ice cream they tend to be quite large and then I regret it afterwards.  However, the small portion is… read full review »

I love to cool down in the summer heat with lots of ice cream, and Weight Watchers Premium Ice Cream cups are the perfect way to enjoy ice cream without the guilt.  Each package contains two guilt free desserts if you buy the cookie dough variety and four packs of the vanilla fudge and chocolate fudge varieties that are not only healthy in fat and calories, but also taste like real ice cream.  Each cup is about 160 calories and 1 gram of fat.  The cookie dough variety is soft vanilla ice cream with real dough and chocolate chip pieces.  My favorite is  vanilla fudge… read full review »
