The Vtech - Vsmile Cyber pocket is great!  My daughter who is five years old loves this toy and plays with it in the car all the time.  Its great for long trips! The Vsmile games that go with this system are great.  They are very educational, not too hard to play.  The batteries last for a fair amount of time.  I'm not sure if Vtech offers a charger, but if it does I would reccomend getting one to save money on batteries.  The batteries are very easy to replace.   She can play all the games that she uses on the Vtech - Vsmile Cyber pocket with her Vtech- Vsmile console too!  We've only had this for about a month, so I am not sure how durable the system is.  She seems to be somewhat interested in the games.  I think she likes the Vtech Cyber pocket better than playing the games on the console.  She had a leapster2 which was broken twice due to water damage and I do think she enjoyed those games better.  Overall I would recommend this game system.
