Vtech Vsmile Console Reviews

I am a proud mother of a six year old! I purchased A Vtech Vsmile for her for Christmas about 3 years ago. Although it took her some time to start getting into it and learning that wasmy mistake for buying it early. i am so glad I did. We do not have any other game systemsin the house and i am pretty strict about what information gets to her. She is not allowed to watch that much tv or on the computer but she can play her games as much as she wants to. She has about ten game cartridges so far. We buy her a new one for every birthday or occasion or when they are on sale or clearance. I know Target...

My husband and I love playing video games and our son was always wanting to play with us. So, when I found this learning system, I just had to get it for him. We purchased this Vsmile Learning System for his 3rd birthday and he has enjoyed it very much. There is a large variety of games containing characters that children love. The games are all labeled with the appropriate age group making it easier to choose which games to purchase. Vsmile games teach a variety of subjects including: letters, numbers, math, and shapes. It also helps teach coordination by using the joystick.

This is a great educational toy for the kids. Games keep the kids entertained. They love the familiar characters and never notice they are learning while they play. There is always another child waiting in line to play the vsmile. I have kids age 7-10 and they all love the games.

One problem we have, is you sometimes have to wiggle the ac adapter near the connection to the game system to get it to work.  Games don't seem to have the same durablity either. Some have to be taken out and put back in the system a few times before they work.

Otherwise a wonderful educational toy. We got ours 3 years...

I bought the Vtech Vsmile gaming system for my daughter for her birthday and she just loves it. She was three when she got the system and now she will be turning five very soon. She's even got her two year old brother interested in it! I love how the games grow with the child too. They are not restricted to certain games. However, my only issue with the system itself is that the buttons are to easily pushable. My kids like to push the buttons and now the system doesn't turn on half the time. I don't think it is a defect in the system, but you have to be very careful for the "I want to do it...

This is a great product for young children. My 4 year old son loves this game. It is easy to set up and we can take it anywhere we go. We have to keep a stock pile of batteries so my son never runs out of time playing the unit. If anything this is the only draw back to the unit. It uses batteries instead of being plugged in. But it does not matter to him.

 He is learning from the games he plays. We have bought 4 more games for him for Christmas. And we are going to buy him the portable unit as well for Christmas. The games can be used in both the portable and the main console.

We have the Vtech Vsmile Console AND the Smartbook.

Many of the Smartbook games can be played on the Vsmile system WITHOUT the smartbook.

It's all fun for the kids - and the graphics on some of the games look like they do on the REAL cartoon.

Games that aren't as cool are Spiderman and Friends and Batman. But, maybe that's just because I have a darling sweet little girl.

V -Tech has a wonderful toy out where children can learn alot   It is called v-smile I bought it for myu grandson when he was about 3 years old taught him alot . Identfy alphabet ., numbers and colors.

Very good toy to teach hand and eye cord. He is now in kindergarten  and doing very well
