Comments about Tupperware Chef Series Cookware:

I use this as my go to cookware. I have regular expensive stainless steel, but the Tupperware non stick cookware is what I use. The non stick coating has lasted over the years, even in the 8" skillet that we use daily for omelets and then usually again for something for dinner. I've had it probably 10 years or from when it was sold. I never put it in the dishwasher, but it cleans so easily with a washcloth it is no trouble. I would recommend it for your self or as a quality gift.

Tupperware Chef Series Cookware really goes the distance!

    By

Comments about Tupperware Chef Series Cookware:

I have owned the Tupperware Chef Series Cookware for over six years now and own just about every piece in the collection, some purchased additionally ( outside the set / kit ). I had the opportunity, as a Tupperware company consultant at the time, to purchase the base set at a discounted price so I took advantage of the chance. I loved them immediately, and continue to love them after years of use and abuse.

They can go on the stove top, in a gas and convection oven, in the fridge and in the diswasher (although I don't know if they are "officially" allowed to go in the dishwasher LOL). They are heavy but not too heavy, the handles are hollowed so that they stay cooler to the touch, and the lids are clear glass so you can see the food as its simmering. Some of the lids are inter-changable, which makes them convenient.

I have yet to have any issues with the non-stick surfaces on these cookware pieces, but that is because I have NEVER used any metal utensils to lift, flip, rotate, any food I cook with them. That is very important. Use only plastic utensils approved for cooking and/or wooden utensils. I prefer wooden ones because I've noticed that plastic ones, even if they say they can handle the heating temps, start to fray, melt or flake. I can't imagine thats good to eat LOL.

Anyhow, I still rave about them to this day. They wash nice and shiny and don't look dull... six years later and they look like new! Love them!

Cookware that will last a lifetime. Heavy duty, well made.

Comments about Tupperware Chef Series Cookware:

Tupperware's Chef Series Cookware is a premium line cookware which features quality construction for superior performance, durability and a lifetime of enjoyment.

Cast-hollow handles of all cookware offer a superior grip and stay cool to the touch when cooking, allowing you to transfer hot foods from any cooking surface to a plate or platter with both ease and confidence.  The thumb stop on the saucepans indicates where it is cool to hold.

Exteriors feature a mirror polish to enhance the beauty of the gently curved, concave cookware.

Ther versatile Chef Series Cookware has a combination of glass and stainless steel cover and can cater for all your stovetop cooking needs such as healthy, gourmet, and crisper cooking as well as preparing foods inside the oven.

Stainless steel covers make it possible to use the products in the oven as well as on the stovetop.

The tempered glass covers allow you to view the contents while cooking, without lifting off the cover and letting steam escape.

The Chef Series Culinary Collection is ideal for preparing low-fat recipes and easy digestible meals as it allows you to cook with little fat and to use low amount of water, thus retaining minerals and nutrition.  During this process you are able to reduce the energy level to low, thus saving energy during cooking.

The Tri-Ply construction of the body of the cookware consists of aluminum layered and fused between inner and outer sheets of 18/10 stainless steel.  This construction is consistent throughout the encapsulated base and a layer of aluminum and magnetic stainless steel is added to the base resulting in a five-ply base, to ensure even and more efficient heat conduction on all cooking surfaces (gas, electric, ceramic and induction.  Interiors of the saucepans, casseroles and steamers feature exception 18/10 stainless steel and laser printing inside all the casseroles and saucepans provide calibrations in ml and qt for measuring liquids.

I started by using the Dutch Oven & love it!  I can start my meal on the stove - brown the meat & vegi's a bit, then pop it in the oven to finish.  It's heavy duty and has great handles.  I am slowly on the move in replacing all the cookware I have to the Chef Series line.
