I thought about using The Body Shop's shea body butter after trying a lot of other creams on my baby boys tummy. He had these red scaly spots that just would not go away. The pediatrician told us we should use petroleum jelly on the red spots to help keep in moisture. We did and needless to say nothing changed. The redness didn't go away and it didn't get any better either. One day in the mall I passed by The Body Shop and tested it on his skin. I bought a small travel size of the Shea body butter. I thought if it doesn't work, I can always bring this back unopened. Well, when I checked...
review »I love The Body Shop because they as a company are into natural products and enhancing (and not covering up) personal beauty. They are also into helping the community and world around them. The products have always make my skin look and feel better without breaking out my sensitive skin.
I love the shea body butter because when my mother had her fake nails removed (and her real nails came off with them), the shea butter helped heal my mothers' skin and nails. Her doctor told her to keep using whatever she was using. The body butters have always moisturized my skin and smelled great.
