As a gluten-free family that tries to avoid fried or greasy foods, we've found it hard to come up with side dishes other than mashed or baked potatoes and rice. The Actifry helps me to easily make low-fat french fries, home fries, and sweet potato fries as well as other dishes to include main dishes that my family loves! It is very easy to clean up and the handle folds down for storage. My only complaint would be that it is hard to fit enough food in for more than 3 or 4 people at a time, and most items take 35-40 to cook, making it impossible to use for company.
