I did not care for this particular humidifier, as the t op constantly leaked. I was constantly wiping up spills and water that gurgled from the top. I finally figured out, it worked best if you put a towel under it to catch whatever spilled over. To me, that is just a complete waste of time, having to monitor this unit. I thought maybe it could somehow be turned down to a lower setting, but no. Once it is plugged in and unplugged that's it. It is not very useful in most situations. Output Volume I have to say, the output is great, considering most of the water ends up on the tabletop or a towel. Performance It does great when it is not leaking. It was great for my mid-sized den. Ease of Cleaning Easy to clean the bowl, just soak it in warm soapy water to remove the deposits and rinse it out. Durability It held up pretty good while I had it. Design I did not care for the design of this unit. It seems very unstable on flat surfaces. I used a towel for more than just catching water that leaked over the top.

this is so good for dry areas and really helps you to breath better.The only thing I see thats a problem is the calicun that builds up in it.Not to hard to clean when you do it every week with some vinegar.

This does the job pretty well, but it runs out of water rather quickly. It gets extremely hot, so children need supervision around this. Output Volume Runs out of water quickly. When you need to refill, you have to let it cool down some before you can take the top off to put more water in. Performance Helps do the job, but have to keep refilling it. It puts out lots of steam which helps in dry winter weather. It is a little awkward to carry when filled from the sink to wherever you will be using it. Ease of Cleaning It is hard to get all the leftover water out and turns the water rusty. Durability It has lasted a good while. The container for the water is made out of hard plastic, so it would be pretty hard to break. Design Hard to clean and get water out of.
