I purchased this LED HDTV from Sony recently for my second house and the product was delivered in time. The screen is quite big and the clarity is excellent. However, the support department was quite rude. When I called up the support department after a week of purchasing the product for wall mounting, they gave me an unpleasing response that they don't have any staff to visit the house. I had to call them thrice and then I tried calling the store from where I purchased the LED HDTV and they sent the employee who wall mounted the product. The best feature I love about this product is the clarity is great and it also plays the videos from my smartphone and USB drive without corrupting the file and without any disturbance. The sound isn't that great and even if I set the device to the highest volume, it cannot be heard clearly if the background noise is loud. I need to use my speakers to increase the volume at times. The product is pretty ordinary in comparison to the other HDTV I own and it is only good in terms of the color and picture.
