It's a very nice, sleek and stylish camera. But I still am unsure how to use it and I have owned it for awhile. It takes good pictures most of the time. However, that just might be my fault as I don't understand the settings. If you are camera savvy, this is a great camera. But if you are technologically challenged like myself, there are much easier cameras on the market. One thing that bothers me is trying to get my pictures downloaded to my computer. It is supposed to be done wirelessly but I have not been able to do this. I need a class to tutor me how to use this thing. And sometimes I have to push the button a few times before it actually takes a picture. I should have done my research before purchasing this camera. I just thought that it was perfect for my needs based on reviews. Again, this has nothing to do with the camera but really a personal issue that I need a camera that is less complicated. Image Quality Very nice pictures Performance So many options, I have no idea what to do. Ease of Use Not as easy as I would like. Durability It's pretty durable. I have dropped it and it is doing well. But I recommend a case for it. Battery Life Awesome battery life. I can leave it uncharged for days and it still works. Portability It fits in a pocket.

this is an amazing can do machine, that makes every trip so much more fun. it is so slim it fits in a shirt pocket or small evening purse and yet takes sharp, vibrant pictures. there is no annoying long shutter lag like with some digitals. lots of menu options and modes give you the option to tailor your photos as much or as little as you want giving you a good cross between a manual and an automatic, combining the best of the dslr and the point and shoot world. lots of white balance options let you choose presets or make an instant white balance reading - a world of difference that makes in pictures! and there's even a panorama mode and a video camera. it is hard to go wrong!

First let me say that for cameras, people will have different expectations for a regular digital camera as opposed to a DSLR. As a digital camera, the Sony Cybershot T series is amazing. I personally own two of them, the second one I bought more recently because of my experience with the first one. The second one that I've purchased was the T99 which has a 3" touch screen display which allows a larger display with less clutter from different buttons. The thing is small and light! It's almost like carrying another cell phone. What makes this camera better than the other digital cameras? Aside from it's 14.1 MegaPixel capability, it adds a little fun into taking pictures. There is the panoramic option which is awesome, you are given the ability to take a really wide picture. You can draw & edit pictures on the camera itself (using the touch screen display), there is a smile detection option where it snaps your picture when you smile. These are just a few to name, there are many more and I haven't been disappointed yet.

I have always been a fan of sony camera's and have had several cyber shots. This camera is great for the casual user who expects professional type features. The camera is slim and easily fits in a jacket pocket. This makes it great for traveling. The lens stays protected by the slilde down front panel. The back serves as the lens and is great for sizing up pictures. I have really given my sony camera a lot of hard use and it still works great. I love the touch panel screen for resizing photos. The photos are easy to download and print out. The one drawback that I find with the camera is that I do not feel the battery lasts as long as it should. I think only get about one full hour of photographing time but the battery recharges pretty quickly. All in all this is a great camera for those who just want to take photos.

The DSCTX9 is the best slim digital camera out there. Touch screen, with a nice large screen and I cant forgot the Exmor CMOS image sensor. That sensor is great, in low light and the picture comes out clear. I took this to a trip to LA with my mother who had a older Sony digital Camera and they loved my new camera. They love the how clear the picture looked that we stop by the SONY store in LA to pickup one. I also love the sweep Panorama, its the best for taking picture at the beach. I also love the 3.5 xtra fine lcd, cant beat having a nice camera with a clear LCD screen to see what you are taking. Also the big screen is nice since you can use the build in photo editor to stamp hearts and stuff on to the pictures. So dont buy anything else but this!!!!
