I'm impressed with this product on a number of levels.   Normally I have sea salt in a small bowl for pinches while cooking, and some of the types I've use either don't dissolve quickly enough or stick to one's fingers.  Sel Magique has this wonderful moisture balance and the perfect grind size that make both of those factors a non-issue. The herbs in the Classic Blend that are ground with the salt are high quality. It's easy to taste the separate flavors of lavender, savory, marjoram and thyme because of the fresh grind and moisture level. Because it's packaged in a lovely little glass canister with a seal top, the salt consistency stays balanced, and looks great on your table.  If you get the six ounce version there are these sweet little treasures included in the package, such as some old school, laminated recipe cards, a kitchen magnet, a gift card and sticker.  It's also wrapped in silvery foil. It's also very reasonably priced!   I'm going to order these as gifts for my all of my foodie friends this holiday season, and probably a giant one for my italian mother, who will go mama-mia-crazy over it.
