The Samsung TL240 camera takes great quality photos up to 14MP. The camera itself has a thin, sleek design and feels very sturdy and well made. The large 3.5 inch screen is very clear and has good response to touch input. I've tested other touch screen cameras in the past and the screens never seemed as responsive or as clear as the Samsung TL240. In preview mode, the picture initially looks a little blurry but when zoomed in once it becomes clear. The camera also records 720p video but I've noticed that the audio seems to cut out every now and then during recording. Photos and video are stored on a microSD card so in order to transfer photos to a computer, you either need to connect the camera or purchase a microSD adapter. It has all the usual options you'd expect in point and shoots like scenery options and exposure and aperture control. I'm not a photographer so I don't use too many of those manual settings so I can't comment on how well they work. One feature I wish it did have though is the ability to take panorama pictures. Overall, this camera is great for anyone looking for a simple point and shoot but has enough features for someone a little more advanced in photography.
