When I lived in England, Rimmel was an inexpensive line of makeup, sold at Boot's the major chemist. So no matter what town you lived in, or by, you could buy Rimmel. I used to buy Rimmel lipsticks there, and bring them back with me, until we finally got them in America. I had just finished my last Rimmel lipstick, when I found the Rimmel Lasting Finish Intense Wear Lipstick in K-Mart, on clearance, for only 52 cents. The color I have is #022 Nostalgia. It is a pretty mid pink color, and is similar to the Rimmel nail polish I recently bought. It goes on really smooth, and has a creamy feel to it. My lips feel hydrated, while looking a pretty color, and shiny. I do have to reapply it after eating, and drinking, but that happens with most lipsticks. I have to say that this one is a keeper for me, and only wish that more had been available at the cheap price.

After reading some reviews, I was determined to find some of Rimmel's Lasting Finish lipsticks before my local drugstores cleared them out. While I did not find the shade I wanted orignally, Airy Fairy, I did pick up two others, Coffee Shimmer (264) and Pink Blush (006). Coffee Shimmer is a shimmery brown color while Pink Blush is a fun, bright "Barbie" pink. I admit that I favor Pink Blush over Coffee Shimmer, but they are both great lipsticks. The application is smooth and creamy, and the pigmentation is fantastic. The lipstick is long-lasting and while there is a fragrance, it is nowhere near offensive. The only complaint I have about the Lasting Finish lipsticks has to do with the packaging. I am not really a stickler for packaging, but I think that it helps. It just seems that the tubes are rather flimsy and made of a cheap plastic. The actual design is also a lot left to be desired. Other than that, I love the product and am sad that I will no longer be seeing these in drugstore chains.

I love my Rimmel London Lasting Finish Intense Wear Lipstick! It delivers consistent gorgeous color with a smooth finish. It lasts all day long and I don't have to keep applying it every single time I have a sip of a drink or kiss my man. I love the way my lips feel in that soft and smooth lipstick. My lips look and feel great in Rimmel Lipstick!

I am a lip product junkie and for me, a lipstick must be: a creamy consistency, highly pigmented and affordable. Rimmel London lipsticks fit those requirements in my opinion. My favorites are Airy Fairy and Birthday Suit. If you like lipsticks that have a pleasant scent, Rimmel London lipsticks will not disappoint you, too me they smell like cherry twizzlers mixed with vanilla (if you can imagine that smell lol)...I love the fact that I can buy it pretty much anywhere and don't have to look hard for it or break the bank buying it. Rimmel is my favorite drug store makeup brand because it's so affordable. The quality is great for the price! I have several of their products, all of which I'm 100% satisfied with. It really compares to high-end brands. I definitely recommend if you're on a budget and love good lipsticks that are affordable.

Well I've never tried anything from this makeup line before, but I had this coupon from my subscription magazine, ALL YOU, that allows me to grab 'Any Lip Color product' for FREE.  So, I said, "What the heck?"  I was glad that I get to look at the colors first by swiveling up the sticks to see how rich in color they are other than trying to guess from outside the packages.  The products are reasonably priced anyway but I just didn't feel like second guessing a lip product just in case if I wasn't happy with it and return it.  I finally chose Rimmel London Lasting Finish in Bordeaux. I use it as part of my night time look.  Now, this is a HIGHLY pigmented lip color and very pretty.  It's also creamy in application.  It was so rich in color that, of course, I had to blot twice a bit and the color looked beautiful on me.  I love how it has just a bit of shimmer to it but not so much and made my lips look and feel moisturized.  I wore it after a night out to dinner and looked in the mirror in the ladies room just to check my makeup and I hardly had to retouch my lipstick.  The  color still  looks  good although lacked the slight shimmer but still  felt moisturized.  What I nornally do before applying any new color is to exfoliate my lips just to see how much staying power a lip product has and Rimmel London Lasting Finish does appear to last for some hours.  It's still a nice product.  The colors are great!
