I have been taking these vitamins for over a year now and they have so much more vitamins/minerals than the kind you buy at a regular store. I really like them. They do everything they say they do and more. I have no complaints about these and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to take a vitamin/mineral supplement that has just about everything in it. I would like to say that I have been using Puritans Pride for many years now. I use them for my Vitamin C, Biotin, Gingko Biloba, and a lot of natural vitamins or herbs like Milk Thistle for my liver, Black Cherry for my Gout which by the way really works. I wasn't taking it for a couple weeks and my feet hurt so bad. I started taking the Black Cherry again and my feet cleared up right away. I also take Calcium, Lecithin, and quite a few other vitamins that I use for just about every part of my body. I must say that If I hadn't been taking them I don't know where I would be. I feel real refreshed after taking them every morning.
