a HUGE DISAPOINTMENT for a pricey brand

A HUGE DISAPOINTMENT for a pricey brand. I usually buy Winn dixie diapers or sav alot diapers depending which are cheaper but I recieved a buy one get one free coupon from Publix baby club so I decided to give them a try although they seemed kinda pricey being a store brand. Anywho I could not have been more disappointed. They leak and boy do they leak bad. I found myself so confused which is a bad feeling to have as a mom,I would be like didnt I just change her why is she wet.I went through the pack in a couple days not to mention the outfite I went through.I have never been so disappointed in a diaper brand.I have tried Huggies, pampers, and alot of store brands, with 3 kids you kinda buy whatever is on sale and never have I been religous to just one brand but I will tell you this I dont care if Publix was handing out these diapers for free,I would get them because the amount of laundry you have to do every night I had to was her crib sheets because they leaked, the frustration and more that I had to do is not worth it. Publix you should be making moms job easier not more complicated shame on you.

Okay to use as spares until you're able to get your usual brand

I have already found a couple brands of diapers I'm fond of and very rarely deviate from those two brands, however I ran across an excellent deal on Publix diapers in my child's current size recently, so I decided to take a bag home with me and try them out. I figured they'd be high quailty diapers since the Publix name is generally associated with being a more high-priced grocery chain. I tried the first diaper out and it seemed ok....the diapers themselves seemed pretty cloth-like and soft and also very roomy. But I quickly found that these diapers tend to run large (my baby wears a size 4 in other diapers but could have fit better in a 3 of this brand). Aside from that, the first few diapers seemed to wear ok, although they seemed a bit bulky. However the more I used them, the more I disliked them. It's not that they're cheap quality; they just didn't fit my baby's individual shape very well. Another feature I didn't like is that in order to be able to attach the tabs on the front of the diaper you must first be sure to "unstick" them before tucking the diaper beneath your baby because if you forget, it's hard to reach under the baby to get them out. Other than that, I'd say use these as spares if you are in between purchases of your regular diapers, but I wouldn't recommend them for everyday use.
