I kept complaining about how little I could fry in my small Cool Daddy fryer, and I saw an add for the Presto Profry, I had to try it. It takes alot longer to heat the oil to 365, but once it does and you start frying, it maintains the temperture better, than my other fryer. Plus you have the option of using two baskets, or one large basket.I believe the baskets are of better quality than my other fryer, because I never have a problem with the food sticking to them. I received a Presto ProFry deep fryer for Christmas and have found it to be a very good deep fryer for cooking the fish and game I harvest each year and it cleans up really easily as well.

The features included in this model are cover with vents and grease filter; removable 1800 watt heating element with thermostatic control to 375 degree F maximum temperature setting; 2 removable baskets with drain hooks that fit over the edge of the pot for easy draining; removable pot with big 12 cup food capacity; magnetic plug end on cord assembly and stainless steel base with handles.

Some of the features...

I started off just using it for the normal things you woulf fry like chicken and french fries. Then one day I had an idea and decided to try BACON in the Profryer! Talk about quick! The bacon was done in just a matter of minutes! I believe it contains as much grease as it would if you would fry it in a pan!

Another great feature of the Presto Profry is that you can leave the baskets right in the oil! The...
