I called Plushbeds after reading about their latex mattresses and asked the sales lady for a side-by-side comparison of Plushbeds against the competition. I had done some homework beforehand of the various companies, so I was ready to call her out if she got her facts backwards, said anything that was not based in truth, or tried to hard close me. I'm happy to say that the rep was forthright and wasn't negative or pushy at all about the competing latex mattress companies. It was a breath of fresh air to me, and kind of won my confidence. Two thumbs up for this mattress. Ordering process was easy, the people at Plushbeds were very kind and informative, they answered our questions and helped us to pick the right firmness without trying to "close" us as a few other places did. First our king size pillows and mattress protectors arrived (they upgraded our pillows to king at no extra cost - they asked us, we didn't have to ask them), then our mattress arrived a a few days later (just under 2 weeks from when we ordered).

I was surprised a king size mattress could fit in such a small box, but sure enough we opened it & the mattress immediatly came to it's full size and shape. No odors, or dissapointments, the mattress was exactly as described. We put it on our platform bed & put the mattress protector on it, and it felt amazing. Sleep is definately deeper and better with our new mattress!

I wasn’t quite sure I should spend so much money on a mattress, yet at the same time I knew that I wanted a mattress that would allow me to wake up every morning pain-free, and it wasn’t going to be the cheapest.
