After a bad experience with Loreal Bare Naturale Mineral Powder, I was in search of a good face powder. I thought I needed one for mature skin. Physician's Formual CoverToxTen wrinkle therapy face powder lived up to it's name. This powder is advertised to be soft on skin and tough on wrinkles. It claims to reduce the look of wrinkles after using. This powder has a silky feel to it, not powdery or gritty. It really does not sink into fine lines or wrinkles. I like the look and feel of it. I has a clever container that includes the mirror and stows the brush underneath. Not sure I can agree with all of their claims of 90 percent visible wrinkle reduction, since I have not used it very long. But I will say that I do like the look on my skin, and it seems to brighten my skin. I tried the translucent medium shade and liked it. There are before and after photos on the box, where you can see visible differences in how the facial lines look. It might have to do with how the light is reflected or deflected, but in any case, you can see a difference.

I found this Pressed Powder recently in the sales bin of a drugstore, so naturally, I thought that I was getting some kind of deal by buying it. I also liked the cheap price  and the "promised wrinkle therapy" in this pressed powder. This **Physician's Formula CoverToxTen Wrinkle Therapy Face Powder** is a revolutionary anti-aging formula that promises to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles in 10 minutes, 10 hours, and 10 days. **Physician's Formula CoverToxTen Wrinkle** **Therapy Face Powder** is either supposed to prevent wrinkles from getting progressively worse, or to help soften the ones that you do have, in a dramatic way. Whatever it is supposed to do, it doesn't do it in the revolutionary way that it professes. It actually does nothing much for your face except provide a nice, light powder finish that may have some light-diffusing pigments that soften any imperfections on your face. And, your face does feel nice and soft after applying this powder to it. Now, I'm not used to using a pressed face powder on my face, and I feel that it makes my already dry skin look mask-like. I've never used a pressed powder before, because my skin has always needed moisture and pressed powders make it look rather dry. So, according to the directions, you just use the enclosed brush and buff this Translucent Medium Powder  all over your face, and wait for your results. I feel that it is not very moisturizing on my dry skin. I had much trepidation about its dramatic claims, too. The Pressed  Face Powder shade that I purchased was Translucent Medium. This soft, light-weight powder is neutral on my golden skintone, and it neither adds color nor enhances my skin tone dramatically.  It does seem to soften some fine lines that are near my forehead and eyes. Ironically, if you put this powder under your eyes, no matter how fine the lines are there, it will enhance them. That's not a good thing. So, this fine-milled powder  covers up some imperfections and it makes your skin look nicer and smoother with its purported revolutionary wrinkle-fighting ingredients, but, not under your eyes. And there is no drama with results, either. I don't have a wrinkled face yet, but, it's always nice to use some products they may have some anti-aging ingredients in them, at any age.  Why not get an early start on your personal battle with wrinkles, right? This **Physician's Formula CoverToxTen Wrinkle Therapy Face Powde**r promises to be "therapy" for your wrinkles or at least offer some therapy to prevent them. The box states: "**Proven Visible Wrinkle Reduction in 10 minutes**, **Over 50%** **Visible Wrinkle Reduction**.  In **10 hours-Up to 90% Visible Wrinkle Reduction**. In **10** **days--Up to 90% Visibly Smoother Skin**. I  also patted some of this powder on a specific area of my skin that is a little wrinkled-my forehead. And, I waited for something to change. Well, these wrinkles are very fine, so it's not like this face powder has to work that hard to make them less noticeable. Well, I'm waiting still, and it did nothing. **PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:  **Hypoallergenic, Fragrance Free, Non-Comedogenic**, **Dermatologist Approved, Clinically Tested**,  **Soft on Skin, Tough on Wrinkles, Visibly improves Age Spots, Skin Firmness, Skin Elasticity, Skin-Tone, **Uses** today's most **advanced anti-aging technologies** in an ultra-smooth atomized face powder formula to give skin a natural finish. **Contains a unique time-released blend o**f **ingredients** known to **produce instant and long-term effects** on the appearance of **wrinkles**, skin brightness and smoothness. This Wrinkle Therapy Face Powder used **GABA complex**, a muscle relaxant naturally produced in the body that works to help i**mprove** the appearance of **fine lines and wrinkles**. It was also clinically tested with a 10 day consumer evaluation. But, they also used the suggested foundation and concealer with this powder. They suggest that you get the **most results** by **combining i**t with the Physician's Formula CoverToxTen50 foundation and concealer with the same active ingredients as the Pressed Powder. **I****NGREDIENTS:  **Talc, Mica, Nylon 12, Amino Butyric Acid, Dimethicone, Cyclopentasiloxane, Octyldodecyl Stearoyl Stearate, Zinc Stearate, and a list of  12 more unpronounceable chemicals that are 15 letters long. Finally, it also includes Methylparaben and Propylparaben. **MY OPINION**:  I haven't noticed any dramatic changes in the fine lines and wrinkles that I do have after using this powder. In all honesty, this product is supposed to work better in conjunction with both a Physician's Formula CoverToxTen Foundation and a Concealer with the same wrinkle-reducing ingredients. I didn't buy those two items. So, my results are just from the powder alone. I also did not use it for the promised 10 day drama of 90% visibly smoother skin. In 10 minutes, nothing much happened,  after all day wear--nothing, so I'm a little circumspect about the 10 day promise. That's my experience with this product. It made dramatic claims. I just didn't experience them. I gave it three stars because it does feel very soft on your skin. And, your skin will feel very smooth as well.
