Before using Pantene's "Fine Hair Solutions" Shampoo, I used to use this "Full and Thick Shampoo. It is a pretty good product, and works well. However I like it less than the Fine Hair Solutions product, to which I have switched. Pantene's Full and Thick shampoo does help to increase hair volume. While using it I felt that my hair seemed noticeably thicker than when I was using any of their other shampoos not made for increasing volume. Also, it was fairly good at creating volume without increasing frizziness, as some volumizing shampoos will do in wet weather. However, the main reason that I switched from this shampoo to the Fine Hair Solutions is that it tends to build up over time. I found that the build-up weighed my hair down, which made the extra volume ineffective and drab. Ultimately, it is a good shampoo, but should probably be alternated with a lighter formula.

I got this through a promotion and I'm happy about it. I have thick hair and I always need to wash my hair twice in order to get my hair completely clean. Most shampoo can get my hair clean after 2 times, including this Pantene shampoo. I feel the main difference between Pantene and other brands I have used (Dove, Head and Shoulders), is that I need to apply less shampoo each time when I use Pantene. It's great because my bottle of shampoo can last longer. So far I think this shampoo is fairly similar to Head and Shoulders - I would say that both shampoo are in the same category. You'll be disappointed by it if your shampoo is a saloon shampoo like L'oreal professional shampoo, because it's another class, and it's unfair to compare Pantene with professional use shampoo. My general advice for using shampoo is that no matter what brand and what price level of shampoo you use, it's very healthy for your hair to change your shampoo once in a while. That way your hair doesn't get used to a particular shampoo and because of this the shampoo will work better.

I use Pantene Pro V and Thick Shampoo from time to time. I switch between the Pantene shampoos. All pantene shampoos work well. Pantene Pro V and Thick Shampoo is one of my favorites. This shampoo cleans my hair very well and leaves my hair feeling thick and silky.. My hair always feels clean and fresh. The smell it leaves in my hair is wonderful and it leaves my hair very managable . I have colored treted hair and it work very well on treated hair. I have short hair and can comb through it very easily after shampooing. There is no need for me to use a conditioner. I feel Pantene Prov V is very good for my hair. I have no damaged ends and i fell it is very healthy for your hair. a lot of other shampoos are too harsh on your hair. I have used other shampoos that have left my hair dry and damaged but have never had any of that with Pantene.I would recomend the Pantene Prov V Thick to any one. It is a great shampoo.

Pantene Pro-V Full and Thick Shampoo is amazing! I really think this stuff will give your hair flair if you dare to use it. I like trying Pantene shampoos that are supposed to make your hair look thicker or fuller. This particular one does that. You will notice fullness right away after one use, and I find that amazing. Every time I use it my hair looks thicker. The key is not to wash your hair every day with the same shampoo because your hair gets use to it, and it won't work as well as it first did. It's not good to over wash your hair. I like to wash my hair 4 to 5 times a week with a break in-between. I love the texture of this shampoo and the way it lathers. It has rich lather, which lasts and lasts until you get out of the shower. The scent of this shampoo is "light and airy and smells clean and sweet", but not too sweet. If you decide to blow dry your hair after using this shampoo, it will look even thicker than if you let your hair air dry. My hair feels smooth and soft and it looks "Oh, so shinny". Really! This shampoo will work on anyone's hair in my opinion. The container size is big, so it will last and last, for several months. I love the design and the writing on the container, as it is pretty. The top of the container lid isn't as sturdy as it should be. That's okay, nothing is perfect! I think the price is a bit much, but worth it, especially on sale. Overall, this shampoo is delightful to use and it works.

After trying every product I could get my hands on to help thicken my thinning hair, I have finally found the one for me! I have suffered from thinning hair for years, some due to medical conditions, some to medications. I mean, my hair went from too thick to get a comb through as a teenager, to scalp shining through in the crown. I was ashamed to be seen and was about to spend way more money than I had to purchse a couple real hair wigs to cover it up. Then I saw Pantene Full and Thick and thought I would try one more product and then just give in to the wig. After just a couple shampoos, you could actually see less of my scalp showing through. And my hair didn't feel dry and brittle, or come out by the handful. I use the shampoo and conditioner individually because some days I leave the conditioner on a little longer. This is amazing stuff! If it can help me feel better about myself, it can help anyone. Effectiveness Super effective! Scent A light scent, not heavy greasy smelling.

For years I had dreamed of having hair that looked good and stayed looking good all day and night.  My hair is very fine, limp and straight.  I have tried all kinds of different products thru the years.  I have used hot rollers, curling irons, curling brushes.  Nothing ever seemed to give me lasting body for my hair.  If I was working all day and then going out in the evening, I would have to come home and shampoo my hair again and style before going out, or my hair would be totally flat and lifeless.  The unfortunate thing is, I passed my hair gene down to two of my daughters, who both happen to be girly girls and all into doing their hair.  Finally, I found a product that makes a difference and is reasonably priced.  Pantene Thick & Full shampoo actually gives my hair body, volume and staying power!  People have approached me to complement me on my hair and comment on how thick it is!  I love it!

Pantene (Full & Thick), feels nice when you lather up and wash.  Even after the first few shampoos my hair seemed softer.  After about 4 days, my hair would just flop.  It's almost like it made it too soft.  I have tried to style my hair by using root lift and/or hairspray at the roots, but it will not hold a shape.  I have thick hair.  I have also been using the Pantene conditioner, so I don't know if the problem is the shampoo, conditioner or both.   I have been careful to use the conditioner only on the ends of my hair and it still "flops."  I would not recommend this to a friend.  Pantene seems to have a pretty good grasp on pricing, but the products aren't really what they promise.  The more detail and promises a shampoo/conditioner claims, the less I believe it.

Pantene OPro-V Full and Thick Shampoo is great. This is an unique shampoo in that it adds fullness and body to your hair. I have thin hair and flat hair, but when I used this shampoo, I had a lot of body and a lot of fullness. It really added to my hair tremendously. Of course, one can expect no less since the product is from Pantene. This product is from their line of Pro-V. That line is all fantastic in my opinion. I like the fact that it is very inexpensive, and that they do have sales on this product quite often. Also, I like the fact that the shampoo makes my hair feel the softest ever and that it makes my hair look fantastic and professionally styled. I don't have the flyaways anymore, nor do I have to worry about having those after-bathing hair tangles. I also don't have to worry about having unmanageable hair anymore. This shampoo is really awesome in my opinion. I am not sure how it would be on someone who has a normal head of hair, not thin or needing fullness or body. But I guess you could try and see how it would work.

I've used Pantene Pro-V Shampoos and Conditioners for years now, following several years of changing shampoo brands every other month as I tried to find a product that could make my fine-yet-curly/frizzy hair thicker, more manageable, and healthier-looking. While I tried pricey options--organic, prescription, multi-step, "special" products, etc.--it's Pantene Pro-V that I returned to because of all the options out there, this shampoo delivers more than the others. "Full and Thick" is what the shampoo (and complementary conditioner) proclaim, and that's what I get every time I use the treatment. My fine and frizzy hair now looks thicker, sleeker, and a lot more voluminous. My hair-dresser, relatives, and roommate have all complimented me on my "thicker" hair. People have asked me what shampoo I use and sometimes I'm slow to tell them because I feel like Pantene is "my" secret. You will feel this shampoo working as soon as you lather up in the shower for the first time. Your wet hair (after the shampoo is washed out) will *feel significantly more thicker than normal*. This is astonishing. Imagine how your hair looks and feels after a couple of weeks of using this! And I only shampoo/condition every other day--those who require daily washings may even seen quicker, more substantial results! I'm actually quite saddened that I've been unable to find the Pantene Pro-V Full and Thick Shampoo and Conditioner bottles at any store--grocery or drug--in the past six months or so.
