This otterbox has protected my husband's HTC smartphone for 2 years now. He works in a factory and wears is phone on his hip to use as an mp3 player. He is constantly banging it on things and his case has kept his phone scratch free and unbroken. Most people don't know what a great warranty Otterbox has. The belt clip has broken twice (not bad considering how rough my hubby is on it). He contacted the company and they sent a replacement of the entire case the first time (which he gave to my sister) and just the belt clip the second time. We were very impressed at their service. Performance Has lasted almost 2 years with rough use Voice Quality no noticeable issues Battery Life n/a Ease of Use can be a little hard to open when taking apart
