This phone is a terrible phone. Do to its thermal sensitive touch screen, if it is humid outside, the touch creen is useless. Sometimes this phone will start touch in random places, making it hard to get anything done I have gone through two of these phones. This phone has the worst reception I have ever seen. I find myself constantly dropping calls. I would recommend against buying this phone.

If you shut it off every 2 days It works perfeclty. If your hands are cold its hard to use the touch screen. It gets easy to use after a while but at first is a bit confusing. Good phone all together for the price.
