My husband and I joined t-mobile's promotion for family plan and we were given a pair of **Motorola W270 **phones for free with 2-year contract. We like the slim design and the phones are very stylish.  They look like razor model which I have dreamt about purchasing it when it was first introduced so when they were offered to us for free, I grabbed it without hesitation.   Over all, we are very happy about the phones.  It is almost 2 years now and my phone has never given me any trouble at all but my hubby is not as lucky as I am. Occasionally, his phone would miss calls without even ringing.  The buttons were flat and too close together so my hubby's big fingers have trouble dialing numbers.   The battery on his phone does not hold too well so we had to purchase extra batteries.   We rarely listened to music on the phone but did take pictures when we did not carry our digital camera with us.  I have a program that allows me to download photos from motorola cell phones to computer but I was not able to do that with Motoroal W 270.  After talking to the customer service representative at t-mobile, I realized that the phone does not have the capability to transfer files to computers.  I was told that this is an older model so can not perform this operation and I was very disappointed.  This means that I had to individually send text to t-mobile site to retrieve the photos.  Since I do not have text plan, I will have to pay for each photos that I send and download.  Another disappointed feature of Motorola W270 is the alarm o'clock function.  It does not allow repeating setting for alarm.  I was able to use my old phone to set up an alarm for every day but you will have to set the alarm on Motorola W270 EVERY single night you go to bed.  Overal, it looks better than you expect it would work.
