Love love love.

Comments about Leslie Sansone Walk Your Way Thin - Punch Up Your Walk:

This is slightly different from Leslie Sansone's usual workouts but I really love it. I'm already a big fan of Leslie's walking DVD's and have tried almost all of them. They are simple but effective!

I am a fan of kickboxing and tae bo stuff, so I was excited to try this out. This DVD is a 4 mile one and has a few extra moves because of the punching aspect but it's still just as simple and easy as her other DVD's. The weighted gloves are a pound so they aren't too heavy but you can tell it is working out your arms just a little more. Even though this workout is simple it really does create results. Because of it's simplicity it is very good for beginners.

Leslie is her usual bubbly down to earth self. I keep her muted most of the time because she's just a little too perky for my liking. She is a really great instructor though and is pretty motivating.

I HIGHLY recommend this DVD. It's simple, easy, and effective.

Not My Favorite from Leslie

Comments about Leslie Sansone Walk Your Way Thin - Punch Up Your Walk:

Normally I love Leslie and her videos but this whole punching thing was not for me.

I'm not a huge fan of kickboxing or Tae Bo in general so I was hesitant to try this, but as a longtime fan of Leslie's regular walking DVDs I decided to give it a whirl.

Thankfully I had picked this up at my local library because I was quite disappointed. Leslie is her usual chipper, positive self and the walking portion is great. The punching is what got to me. I just didn't like it. It didn't seem very Leslie to me. It was just very out of character.

I did like that it is a four mile walk so you can complete as much or as little of it as you'd like, although I do prefer her self contained walks.

Overall, I was glad I didn't buy this and I only tried it a handful of times.

Some may find the punching motivating but it just wasn't for me. I still prefer her regular old walking DVDs that I've had for years and will stick with those in the future.

Leslie Sansone Punch Up Your Walk

Comments about Leslie Sansone Walk Your Way Thin - Punch Up Your Walk:

Leslie Sansone "punch up your walk" dvd is a 4 mile walk that can be done in a complete 4 mile full workout or you can choose to start at the 1 mile walk point, 2 mile walk point, 3 mile walk point or the 4 mile walk point. This dvd also includes a bonus cut "lower body tone up". The punch up your walk comes with a pair of 1 pound each weighted gloves that can be worn during the workout or if you choose not to wear them you do not have to. Leslie Sansone is solo in this workout, she doesn't have a group of walkers with her in this workout.

The workout is approx. 63 minutes long. I really like this workout and I like that it comes with a bonus workout.

My only con is I wish each single mile would start with a warm up instead of just starting right away into the workout as if you have done the workout from the very beginning.

P.s. If you would like to add resistants to the lower body tone up workout you could use a pair of ankle weights to do just that.

Leslie's version of kickboxing

Comments about Leslie Sansone Walk Your Way Thin - Punch Up Your Walk:

Great workout! The light weight gloves really make all the difference in the walk/kickbox. Leslie is her usual bubbly self, and her cuing as always is on the mark. The four miles go by very quickly, it's over before you know it and the workout is done. One of my all time favorites, I always feel this one the next day.
