I love Leslie Sansone and her Walk Away the Pounds collections of videos, I own a lot of them and this one is my favorite that I use every day. Most people make the excuse that they can not go outside because of the weather, or that a gym is too expensive or that they don't have the time, but with this video all of those excuses have become invalid. This video is a boot camp style and it kicks it up and you do three miles in 45 minutes. We can all spare 45 minutes of our day to spend and get ourselves and make our bodies healthier. This video also comes with the resistance bands that you use in the video and they really work you out and make you feel the burn. With this you can get a great work out that is very easy to keep up with and low impact so any level of physical fitness that you are in will be fine, this is easy for all to do. I even get my kids in on this and we clear out the living room and all do it together. It is a great work out that gets your heart rate up and burns calories quickly and easily in the comfort of your own home.

A Great Collection

Whether you're a newbie to Leslie's method or a seasoned walker this is a great purchase! This really is the ultimate collection because it covers any amount of exercise that you would like to complete, from one to four miles. The one mile I do quite often while I'm lacking time since it is under 20 minutes long and I can feel like I got a solid cardio workout. I do the two mile less often, but it is my second most used workout as it is still just 30 minutes long. The three and four mile walks clock in at about fifty and sixty minutes respectively and I don't use them as often. I may do a two mile walk and another one mile later in the day if I'm feeling motivated, but to schedule almost an hour is not really for me. I will use them occasionally, but they're not on the top of my list. They are excellent workouts and you can definitely feel it. I highly recommend this as your first Leslie purchase since you have four workouts covering beginner to more advanced and of varying lengths for whatever your mood. Or it's a great addition to your existing collection.

Great Addition to Leslie Sansone DVDs

I really like using the Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds exercise DVDs, especially on a rainy day or when I don't feel like driving to the gym. The Ultimate Collection DVD does not disappoint. The DVD has four different workouts. You can select between a one mile walk, two miles, three miles, or four miles. This is really convenient if you're short on time, since the shortest workout is 18 minutes. I really like that this DVD uses different equipment, so it works you out in a different way than just walking. There is a stretch band that you can use to make the exercises more intense. Some of the walks also include hand weight exercises. It's also great that you can decide how far you want to walk by selecting different workouts within the DVD. As always, the music is great in the Walk Away the Pounds Ultimate Collection, and Leslie Sansone is a great motivator. She combines the moves in a way that will keep you from getting bored.

You Choose How Many Miles.....

First off I would like to say I am a HUGE fan of Leslie Sansone's " Walk At Home " fitness system. I personally own 22 of Leslie Sansone's workout dvds. The reason why I own so many is because I love the simplicity of not having to learn difficult moves. Leslie's has four basic steps which are, side steps, kickbacks, knee lifts and just walk walk walk! This particular fitness dvd I have own for 3 years and I have to say the " 4 Mile Super Challenge " is my favorite walk out of the 3 other miles featured. This 4 mile walk is 60 minutes long and it doesn't require any hand weights or stretchie band. The time goes by very quickly and the cast is multi ethnic and are of all age groups! I feel like I get an full body workout when I do this walk. The other miles that are included on this dvd are " 1 Mile Get Up And Get Started " which weighted hand balls are use with this walk. The total time is 18 minutes to complete. " 2 Mile Brisk Walk " which the stretchie band is used and is a 30 minute walk. " 3 Mile Advance Walk " which also features the stretchie band and is 51 minutes long. I love all the walks on this dvd but as I stated before the 4 mile walk is my favorite.

It is best workout!

I have that dvd myself and it is easy to walk without equipments or not need big room just few spaces. I enjoyed it a lot because I felt good and free mind to walk and easy to follow up. Also one list included lift dumbell or ball on the dvd but some people prefer to use that or without it. I did tried that and very simple and not complications to use it and I feel like in jungle area. It is good pattern and no stress. Just building energy and some advance if you can move to incerease level and soem pace too.

Most Fun I've Ever Had Losing Weight

From the first time I put in the Leslie Sansone Walk Away The Pounds DVD I was hooked. I have never had this much fun while exercising. I've always heard that you have to find the right exercise program to stick with it but I thought it was nonsense! Now I understand exactly what people were talking about. It's fun. It's challenging. It's energizing. It's everything I've wanted in an exercise program. Leslie Sansone is always encourages you to do what you can. Walking Away The Pounds Ultimate Collection is by far the best DVD. Leslie Sansone makes you feel good about yourself even if you can't keep pace with her in the beginning. I highly recommend Leslie Sansone's Walk Away The Pounds to anyone that is trying to lose weight. I live in Florida and the summers get very hot & humid. Most of the time it is too hot to walk outside so this is perfect. I can Walk Away The Pounds in the comfort of my own home!  This is the best exercise program I have ever tried;.
