always trying new stuff, into trying new things, a bath and body products lover, very into fragrance
Quick View — LUSH Sandstone soap is a brick of mostly natural, handmade lemon soap with a thick toppng of real hard packed sand to cleanse and exfoliate the skin. I love it although many would question why I would want to shower with sand! — Full View — — The scent is what got me. It is sublime. It is a pure lemon scent much like LUSH Sexy Peel Soap but even stronger and purer. I love natural lemon scents so I immediately loved this soap even before I used it. I couldn't stop sniffing it. — My Use — — In the shower, the soap emitted a strong, pure…

a bath and body products lover, very into fragrance, a clean freak, love fruity scented body products, a LUSH addict, an exfoliator
I love LUSH Sandstone soap! It's actually what LUSH calls a 2-in-1 soap in that there are two layers; the yellow soap layer which cleanses, and the sand layer which exfoliates. I love the results of each layer and love that there is sand in this soap. — One thing I love about spending time at the beach is walking in the sand with my bare feet. It's like nature's pedicure as the friction of my feet against the sand helps to get rid of my ugly rhinoceros heels. Sandstone gives me that same natural exfoliating feeling but in my soap which I can use all over my body.…

a LUSH addict, a bath and body products lover, thirtysomething, a fan of citrus scents, someone who wants strong exfoliation
I have a love/hate relationship with the LUSH brand... I dislike more of their products than I like but for some reason I still feel compelled to try everything in the line. One of the best products that I've tried in the past year is Sandstone Soap. I've even gotten my sister hooked on it and she has no idea what LUSH is. — This soap is a translucent yellow with opaque white blobs scattered throughout. Along the top, there's about a half-inch layer of packed sand like you'd see at the beach. The idea is to wash your skin with the soap and exfoliate it with the…

I loved this product. I first tried it out as a free sample from Lush and feel in love with it. It smells wonderful and the sand is great as an exfoliator. I wouldn't use it everyday, but when you really want a good scrub, this is the soap for you. I also love that you can buy it in different…

always trying new stuff, an exfoliator, into trying new things, willing to pay for quality, a beauty diva
This is not just soap. It is an experience! Washing with sand & what smells lucious as lemon peels. Not Dove! — In a shower, not a bathtub since the sand does fall apart as you use it. You rub the sand into your skin & it removes all impurities that could lead to ache, cellulite, or just flakey dry skin. No boby pouf needed with it. The sand is the rough ingredient that cleanses. — Then rinse well & run water inthe drain so the sane particles pass through your drainage system& I am guessing that also cleans it out with…

Shopping one day in Georgetown I happened upon LUSH. I had never seen the store before and thought I would five it a go. Once in I could see that it was my kind of place. I am very big on products for cleansing the body and they had a bunch of things to try and discover.....one of which being this soap. It does all that it says and then some. It's on the costly side but quality is worth paying for when you are getting your money's worth. You get results right away with this soap and working it into my daily cleaning routine compliments well with the other products I…

into trying new things
I absolutely LOVE LUSH products..especially their soaps & bath bombs. The Sandstone Soap is one of my favorites...Emporer of Ice Cream (which is more of a body cream/soap) is my Favorite..but Sandstone will make your skin SOOOO smooth..the only thing I don't like about it is that I don't take showers, I take baths. And the sand doesn't dissolve..it just settles into the bottom of the tub...that's why for my exfoliating body products, i use Isle of Eden..her sugar scrubs have the same effect as the Sandstone, but the sugar dissolves & you're not left sitting in…

into trying new things, Every day computer user
This soap is one of my Lush favorites. Thank goodness I live in Orlando where we have two fabulous stores. This soap is perfect for Summer. It exfoliates and makes you smell great, lemony, but not like Pledge furniture polish. I recommend using it with a wash cloth so the sand gets distributed evenly and doesn't scratch your skin. However, the sandy side of the soap is nice for rough elbows and heels.…

This is a foot spa in a bar! I was so impressed with this product, I can't even tell you! The scent, the feel, the work it does - WOW! I would recommend this to anyone, and while you are at the store, buy one for your mom, sister, aunt, cousin and all your friends. They will love you forever! —…

Imagine showering with that sand. I don't know why I like it but I do!
Nothing exfoliates quite like sand.
