It's not the worst phone in the world, but not the best either.
3 star rating

Every day computer user, computer literate
Pros

Key pad for texting, very nice camera

Cons
Not for people with big fingers, Will scratch phone when dropped, Bill can get high with all the extras, Cant pick diff.txtmsg tones for contact, Charges you for everything., Shuts itself off, slow, needs extra software for mp3's, bad warning when it's about to die

I have only had this phone for two months, and already have found a handful of things that really bother me about it.  The biggest annoyance is that it randomly will shut itself off.  I took it into Verizon after the first couple of times it did it, and they told me it was because it had to be upgraded (I hadn't even had the phone for a month), so they did the upgrade and sent me on my way.  Two months later, and I'm still having the same problem.  Another thing that really annoys me is the buzzing in my ear when I'm talking on the phone.  It's something to do with the speaker placement.  If I use a hands-free set, there is no buzzing, but I don't use one that often, so the buzzing is kind of annoying.

A couple of things I do like abou it are:  the keyboard and the camera.  Both are great.  Keyboard actually didn't take as long to get used to as I thought it would, and the camera takes great pictures.

I guess if these things don't bother you, then this phone would be fine.  But, I won't get it again.

if you return the phone so many times for problems Verizon usually will replace the phone with a similar phone at no cost to you.

I had that same problem with it but it stopped on its own! with it shutting off. But charging has become a problem! so watch outfor that
