Absolutely the worst customer service experience of my life. I love kodakgallery.com. I started using them after a few bad experiences with Snapfish.com. They are a bit more expensive than Snapfish but you get what you pay for which is good quality pictures. The only thing is you have to be sure of your order 100% before you submit it because you can't cancel it at all, even if you make a mistake. I've used this lab 5 times. Twice they lost my negatives, and once they sent me negatives that weren't mine. I called x3 on my lost negatives, and each time they told me to 'give it more time'. Each rep gave me some arbitrary date in the future. When I called after the arbitrary day, they gave me another arbitrary day. Kafkaesque. Then they acted like I was the asshole because my frustration was mounting.1. "10 days" — 2. "10 business days" — 3. Way back in the day I joined ofoto.com and I loved all it had to offer, and just when I thought that it couldn't get any better ofoto.com became kodakgallery.com. I didn't lose any of my pictures, I didn't have to re sign up with a new password or anything like that, however a few more features were added. I have been using this site, formerly ofoto.com, since I got a digital camera, which was 4 years ago, and I still like it. I have tried snapfish and others but I am loyal to this one. I store all of my images on it and share my albums with friends and family through it. I also order all of my prints and a fair amount of products such as personalized albums, mugs, etc. through the site. The quality is good, good customer service and I do think that it is the best way to send images of your child to friends and family who are far away. Online website, poorly designed and numerous incorrect print size recommendations. They will readily reprint an order again, incorrectly, taking another week of your time. Suggested I email them about the problems that I had with the site. After complaining about a poorly designed website, and missing information on the site, Customer Service was condescending and insulting. I suggested that they put the name of my print file on the back of the print, they suggested I take the 100+ prints I ordered and write the names on the back myself. I have always been the family photographyer even before digital cameras. So before Kodak Gallery I used to give photos away to everyone at my own expense. With how easy it is to share photos with Kodak Gallery I now send out my photos through email and everyone can order. Ever since I started to use Kodak Gallery a few years ago I've enjoyed it. I love all the gift idea's on the site. Every year I go to the site and get my mother a great gift with my sons picture on it. She loves all the unique items she gets. As part of our Christmas gift to my mother every year she gets a new calendar for the up coming year. It's easy to upload photos. Which is important to me. I switched to Kodak Gallery a long time ago (2002 or 2003) and have stuck with them simply because the other sites are not as good. KG has room to grow and improve, but I have bought a lot of stuff from them. No reward points is a downfall, but they have promotional offers all the time. — Recently they added a product--a photo throw. Kodak Easy Share Gallery is a great site for storing all your photos and easy sharing. Create online albums for all of your photos. I love having all my photos at my fingertips whenever I am near a computer. Just the other day I was visiting a friend in New York City and I was able to sign onto my account and pull up pictures of my dog to show her. I uploaded photos onto Kodak Share Gallery and haven't been sorry....it's a great place to store photos and a wonderful resourrce for ordering prints and photo product. You can order prints one day and pick them up at your local CVS, Walgreen's or other store the next day...you pay online, then just go to the store and pick up your order. I just love this! We joined the Kodak Gallery in 2003 after my daughter was born, and I use it at least every other day. I can edit my photos with so many different tools and options.
