review »When I need a healthy snack or quick breakfast on the go, I always turn to Kashi TLC granola bars. My favorite variety is the peanut butter, though the honey almond flax and trail mix flavors are also very good. This have a very small amount of fat, but plenty of fiber and protein--not something you'll find in many of the overprocessed, sugarloaded granola bars that crowd most grocery aisles. I feel very satisfied after eating one--it's almost like eating a healthy candy bar that tastes great!

i fell in love. there are just so many to choose from now. But this is def in my top 5 prob between 1 & 2!! i love how they kept such good flavor and kept in healthy! im a big nutrition reader! so if its bad (lot of sugars and calories) i wont buy. but this is great!
