I can still remember those cold winter mornings when my Mom fixed Quaker Oats for breakfast. Her saying was that it warmed you up from the inside and was good for you. A nice hot bowl of oatmeal and toast was a great way to start any day. — — Quaker Oats — — Here I am some 45 years later and I still love the taste of a bowl of Quaker Oats and a couple of slices of buttered toast. I even ate this before they said it controlled cholesterol but that is not why I eat it. The best way is to add a sliced banana to it and enjoy the rich creamy texture of pure… read full review »

I love starting my day out with a fresh bowl of oatmeal.  The instant oatmeal varieties are convenient, but when I have time, I love to make my own from this can of oats.  The oats are fresh and healthy and make the perfect bowl of flavorful oatmeal.  This mix is 100% whole oats and cooks up in just five minutes.  This hot cereal is easy to make on the stovetop, and comes out great in the microwave.  I love to eat the cereal plain, but it is even better when topped with fruit or mixed with some sweet maple syrup.  I also use these oats to make oatmeal cookies and… read full review »

I grew up on Quaker Oats and still remember when my Mother used to fix it over an old wooburning stove. Fortunately, it's much easier to fix these days and the taste is still just as great as ever and is still good for you. I have it at least 3 times a week and my daughter has followed in my footsteps. The store brand is cheaper and I have tried it, out of curiosity, but it just isn't the same as Quaker, so I know that's the one I will always stick with. It has plenty of fiber and fills you up and you decide just how much sugar (if any) you want to add, not the way the processed packages are… read full review »

Being a mom of 4 and a grandmother of 6, it is important to me to serve wholesome foods to my family.  For 40 years I have been making "Old fashioned Oatmeal Cookies" with Quaker Oats.  They are my favorite for hot oatmeal.  And I couldn't make my special meatloaf without the help of Quaker Oats.  I regularly use the "quick" oats and the "old fashioned" oats.  We also keep Quaker Instant Oatmeal on hand!  This can be added dry to top your icecream! … read full review »

I remember when my mother used to make oatmeal when I was a kid and I still continue to eat oatmeal in the mornings, just to add a bit of butter, milk and sugar and I love the taste. It's healthy and good for you and you get the fiber that you need. You can always add the oatmeal and make cookies :)  which I do every once in a while, a very good healthy snack as well. I recommend oatmeal to anyone who is watching their diet, it's affordable and always good to have on hand.… read full review »
