Another great Jillian workout DVD!

I love the Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 workout. I have tried almost all of Jillians workout DVD's and this one is one of my favorites. Being able to get a good workout in, in the comfort of your own home is great! Personally, I get self-conscious working out in front of other people so this is perfect for me!

Like a lot of Jillians workout DVD's this one has different levels that you progress through. There are 4 levels that are a little under 25 minutes each. She combines strength training and cardio for maximum results.

You WILL see results if you stick to the workout plan. The workouts are hard. You will sweat. You will probably be sore the following day until you get accustomed to the workouts. Jillian is an awesome instructor and she's very motivating throughout the videos.

Overall, I highly recommend the Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 DVD. It can be done at home in under 25 minutes and you will see results if you stick with it!

Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 exercise DVD is a great DVD to have in your workout rotation whether you're a beginner or more advanced!
There are four different workouts on this DVD that combine strength training moves and cardio exercises. They can all be done in the comfort of your own home and with minimal equipment required. I really love how in Ripped in 30, Jillian really focuses on combining cardio into her workouts because that's one of the best ways to get ripped is to burn off the fat and then replace it with muscle which is where the strength moves come into play!
I never have time to make it to the gym so Jillian Michaels DVDs have been a life saver after having my son. Jillian has a very motivational teaching style that really keeps me going throughout the workouts and Ripped in 30 is another great one by Jillian! I would definitely recommend it for anyone who wants a more toned up tummy or to maintain or lose some weight!

This is a great workout DVD

I love Jillian Michaels and have almost all of her workout DVDs. I love all of her workouts including this Ripped in 30. This DVD has the same concept as her 30 Day Shred, but it's a little tougher and better in my opinion. There are 4 different workouts levels and I did each one for a week before progressing to the next level. One of the greatest things about this DVD is Jillian never repeats the same move in any of the workouts. If you are not working out on carpet you will need a mat for the ab moves. You also need a set of weights for the strength moves. If you are use to Jillian workouts you will see some similar moves from her other DVDs but there are also a lot of new moves which I thought was fantastic. I also like that she has an advanced person to watch in the video and a modifier. I feel that anyone can complete this DVD because there is a modifier version. I would highly recommend this DVD to anyone who wants a great workout they can do at home.

I love this Jillian DVD! It is one of my absolute favorites. I got it as a follow up to the 30 Day Shred. She definitely made this one better than the 30 Day Shred but with the same concept! There are 4 workouts instead of just 3. She also commits to never repeating the same move in any of the workouts. This is my go to on a rainy or snowy day when I am stuck inside. Day 3 is my favorite and, in my opinion, the hardest. I was incredibly sore the day after I did Day 3. Day 4 is also incredibly challenging. All 4 days provide a great workout. You need some hand weights to do a lot of the strength exercises. It is the same circuits as 30 Day Shred, 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes cardiovascular, and 1 minute of abs. You will probably also want a yoga mat in order to do the ab moves. It is easier on your back with the mat. Overall, I think this is a wonderful workout. I recommend everyone trying this DVD! It is great!
