I am extremely dissappointed by this dishwasher.  We bought it new 3 years ago and have taken great care with it.  My dishes started not to get clean and I tried all different detergents but we could not get our dishes clean.  The racks slowly just started falling apart and we called to see about getting new racks only to find out you could not by any!  We believed Jenn air to be a top of the line brand but next time I will not buy jenn air.  We had multiple problems with the little plastic things coming off the shelves when it washed and getting stuck in the bottom of the dishwaher where a repairman had to come out and get them out!  The stainless stele outer covering also showed fingerprints bad and did not resist scratching.  The buttons were hidden which I loved but the door even got to where it did not close all the way and therefore you could not lock the door to keep it closed and it would not wash the dishes.  I would definetly not recommend this machine to anyone and I will never buy this brand again.
