Get Ripped1000 is a solid good workout. This workout dvd consist of cardio and strength training. A stepper is used in this particular dvd but isn't a must. This workout is so tough I can not get through the entire dvd without taking several in-between breaks. Jari Love is a great workout instructor and is very motivating and has a likeable personality. There are 11 chapters in this workout so if you don't want to do the entire workout you can choose which body part you would like to train. The only thing I do not care for when it comes to this dvd is the long pauses in-between each workout segment that explains how to do each exercise with proper form. I do appreciate this feature but it seems like it takes former for the next workout to begin. Overall I enjoy this workout and would recommend it to anyone who is looking to switch up their workout routine. This workout will give you results if you stick to doing it at least 3 days out the week.

The instructor has a team of instructors with different weights and products to get in shape.  She features (low) weights (5-10 lbs) and high repetitions.  She focuses on low weights high repetitions.  She recommends if you do the workout three times per week you will see phenomenal results.  I did the workout on my bed (rather than on a bench) and found the workout easy to do and with the high repetitions I was able to use my 10 pound and 5 pound weights.  I don't know what it's like to do the workout every day but I did enjoy the workout.  She features interviews on her dvd on the design of the workout.

Great Results Quick with Jari Loves Get Ripped 1000

This is a great workout for all fitness levels.I started using this DVD as my first real workout. I was able to complete it because it gives modifications for beginners. After a year of using this, I'm still not too advanced for it because you can add a step or increase your weights for added intensity. It is is a no nonsense workout that is not difficult to follow, but it is very effective for weight loss and toning. I have been using this for over a year and am still not bored with it. For the first time in my life I have muscle tone in my abs and my arms.I like that it tells you how many calories you are burning so it helps keep you motivated. The one warning I would have to those considering buying it is that she does do a lot of lunges, so if you have knee problems than this workout DVD is not for you. With a sensible diet and using this DVD as my main workout video I have lost about 40 pounds in the last 8 months. Results will vary, I am sure but I give this a very high recommendation.
