Get Ripped1000 is a solid good workout. This workout dvd consist of cardio and strength training. A stepper is used in this particular dvd but isn't a must. This workout is so tough I can not get through the entire dvd without taking several in-between breaks. Jari Love is a great workout instructor and is very motivating and has a likeable personality. There are 11 chapters in this workout so if you don't want to do the entire workout you can choose which body part you would like to train. The only thing I do not care for when it comes to this dvd is the long pauses in-between each workout segment that explains how to do each exercise with proper form. I do appreciate this feature but it seems like it takes former for the next workout to begin. Overall I enjoy this workout and would recommend it to anyone who is looking to switch up their workout routine. This workout will give you results if you stick to doing it at least 3 days out the week.
