This machine easily converts from sewing to embroidery. It has good stitch quality. There are a large number of stitch types and pattern included in the machine as well as write designs to compact flash card to transfer embroidery designs to the machine to stitch out.

I have had my machine for 13 years and is absolutely an easy and enjoyable machine to use, right from the very beginning. Never had the first lesson but had no problem learning the sewing end of the Janome, as well as the embroidery end. A fantastic machine.
