I have trouble sleeping some nights due to stress. Sometimes I just cannot shut down my head in order to relax and go to sleep. I would prefer not to take anything at all, but losing sleep is not an option for me. I have three children and two jobs. My husband is on night shift. I do not have the luxury of sleeping in ever! I do not have time to take a nap. I need every ounce of patience that I can come up with in order to get through everyday. I have to have a decent night's sleep just to make it through life! It is nice to know that if I cannot go to sleep, this will help and will not throw off my schedule. I also did not feel groggy in the morning.
