A few years ago wife found out she has low bone density. The only OTC med that will conquer the pain.

When I get a headache, I reach for the Excedrin. When I get a headache or another ache of any kind and can't sleep, I reach for the Excedrin P.M. It's the only thing that works, usually. I've tried just about every brand of OTC pain reliever, and this is the only one that always works. It works pretty rapidly, too.

This hint was given to me by a neurologist because I travel a lot and sometimes run out of my meds in mid-trip. He said to take four Excedrin PMs instead of my regular migraine medicine. It worked. I wouldn't replace my regular medicine, but it does in a pinch.

I have a stressful job that keeps me on my feet most of the day. I frequently have headaches at the end of the day. This takes away your aches & lets you sleep like a baby! I would only recommend taking this if you plan to sleep a full 8 hours otherwise you might feel groggy in the morning.

I've treid a number of products and this is the first one that puts me to sleep right away and I'm not left with a drowsy feeling in the morning. Releives the aches and pains and gently nudges my brain to shut off.
