Very effective workout!

I love this fitness DVD! Tamilee Webb has done a great job! I find that if I work out 3-4 times a week using this DVD, I always get great results.I also like that I got six workouts for the price of one DVD. The quality of the DVD and the instructor, Tamilee Webb, make it a workout you don't get tired of doing over and over. Tamilee is encouraging without being annoying or perky, the music isn't loud, the set is simple, and since it's only Tamilee doing the workout, students repeating the moves do not distract you. I found the Arms segment to be quick but effective. The moves are simple, but really target the arms and shoulders. If it gets too easy - just move to a heavier set of weights. The Abs segment is also very effective. Both programs have some very difficult moves. Some of the moves are the classics, some are new. Program 2 concentrates more on the sides than Program 1, but all areas of the abs are worked in both. The Buns segment is very tough. I almost didn't even do that section. I am a serious bicyclist and don't really need to work my glutes. However, I had a tough time getting through the workout, and I really felt it the next day! One piece of advice, it's probably not wise to do all three area workouts at once in the beginning, you might want to do a combo of two and work your way up.

I started working out at a fairly young age. I was about 10 when i got my first vhs workout video--remember Buns of Steel? From the 1980's haha funny as it sounds I actually really liked it,and it helped me to lose about 45 lbs! So all these years later,I needed an updated video to do. I got online to look for something,and the first video I found was I want that body! with TamiLee Webb (the same host of Buns of Steel!) About 10-15 years later,and she still is in amazing shape. Soo I went with this one with total faith,and was not let down in the least! I don't have significant weight to lose these days,so I thought it wouldn't be too tough. I thought wrong!Lucky this movie is broke down into about 20 minute segments. I started with the ab segments(its broke down into abs,buns,and arms-2clips apeice) I could only make it through the beginners round in abs! I could definately feel it working,and thats definately motivating. Once I worked up to the second segment,I was really starting to see results and definition that I have never had before! So I have stuck with it (and finally made it to buns and arms!) And I feel great. Tami Lee knows what shes doing! I'm proof of that!

If you want to get into shape and get into shape quickly this Dvd, "I want that body", is a must have!  Tamilee Web is the host of this video and she, in my opinion is one of the best fitness instuctors out there.  This Dvd is a workout program that is combined with lifting weights, heavy or light,  to work every major muscle group in the body.  There is a segment for legs and buns, abs, and upper body.  There are two workouts for each body group, i.e., legs and buns, abs, and upper body.  The first workout  is from beginner to intermediate, and the second ismore intermediate to advanced.  I guarantee if you do this workout 3 times a week you will see a major difference in your body.  You will definitely tone up and if you're looking to increase your muscle size that can defintely happen.  I've used a lot of workout Dvd's in the past, and I definitely have to say this rates at the top and you will be very happy about your new body!  Although, this Dvd came out in the early 2000's it is still one of the best workout dvd's.

This one Really works!!

I was looking for a new workout video last year,so I got online to do some research. After flpping through page after page of generic workout vidoe,I finally came across I want that Body with Tami Lee Webb. I remember Tami Lee Webb from back in the 80's on the Buns of Steel tapes. She still looks in fabulous shape,so I grabbed the video to check it out. I was happy to see that it's broken down into arms,abs,and buns sections so I could just pick a little to wotk on at a time. Not as "easy" as I thought it would be though! I started with the abs,because thats where I need the most work. I made it through the 15 minute beginners segment of abs and was completely winded! So I knew it was working. And I honestly saw better results than with any video in the past. Within the first couple months of doing abs,I was really starting to see definition and tone that have NEVER been there before. The video is also fun,and you can work your way up to doing the whole thing!!
