Although this humidifier made the air in our bedroom much better, it left a coating of white all over EVERYTHING in the room! There's no filter, which we were happy about, but I guess that must be the reason for them. We ended up taking the humidifier out of our room, because I have lots of figurines, etc., and it made the cleaning too much trouble. Too bad, because it was nice, not having nosebleeds all the time.
