I love Hamilton Beach. They make pretty good products, at a pretty good price. This waffle maker is no exception. It's cheap, and it gets the job done. Though it's a little small, that's only a problem if you're averse to having 3 medium sized waffles over 2 bigger ones (which, shouldn't be a problem for many). It's non-stick, which is very useful. And once it starts sticking a bit, buying a new one isn't much of an expense! It costs you about what a meal for two at IHOP will!! It's also a resistant product. We usually make waffles Saturday mornings, and like to leave the waffle maker open after we're done using it. This has caused it to get bumped, and even dropped, but it hasn't stopped working yet! After 3 years, this is our waffle maker of choice, and our brand of choice. It's perfect for small families and/or single people.

My husband and I received the Hamilton Beach Waffle Maker as a gift for Christmas. My husband and son love to make breakfast in the mornings before school. With this waffle maker my son can help prepare breakfast because there isn't a lot of wasted time. This waffle maker delivers great results with a quick prep and clean up. I really like that it is small enough to store when it isn't being used. The waffles always turn out perfectly golden brown and are large enough that we don't have to make a whole bunch just to have enough for breakfast. It is nice to have fresh, homemade waffles without a lot of hassle. I usually don't like to give or receive appliances as gifts, but in this case I couldn't be happier.

I somehow mess up making pancakes all of the time. They always end up being either too cooked or not cooked enough so I thought I'd try getting a waffle maker. They are so easy to use! All you have to do is make the mix, dump some o it in each side of the maker and close it. The light will come on what it is ready to be opened up. They make very consistent waffles, you can even put chocolate chips in there or blueberries if you really want to, the machine can handle it. I can see this being great for college kids or maybe high school kids who don't have a lot of time in the morning to make breakfast. If you don't have a lot of time I recommend making waffles the night before and then freezing them. The next morning you can just put them in a toaster and you're all set!

While you don't get large round, belgian waffles with this machine, it is great for a single person, couple, or small family. It is very affordable, small and easy to store, and very easy to clean. We have had ours for 4 years, using it about once every 3 months and it works great still. There is a little light indicator for when the waffles are done cooking. I have found that this isn't really accurate if you like crispy waffles. If you don't mind them soft, then this light does it's job. I like that it's really easy to clean...you can just wipe it down with a wet paper towel when it's still a little hot and it cleans up nicely. I wouldn't get this machine though if you plan on making waffles for a ton of people. It would take forever since you can only make two squares at a time.

This waffle iron is a fun little kitchen appliance, but should not be relied on to do heavy-duty waffle making.  This waffle iron makes small waffle with small crevices, so they are a small portion size, and cannot have tons of topping like a Belgian waffle might. However, it does make decent waffles.  There are drains on each side, which will make your battle come out if you put too much in.  You have to be careful not to overflow it, otherwise you will end up with a bit of a mess.  I think that the heating element on this appliance is pretty good, although you do have to be careful to grease the iron before you use it.  For the price, I think this is a fun accessory to have in the kitchen, and even if you don't use it every week, it isn't so expensive that you don't still get your money's worth.  However, if you think you will use it once and then let it sit in you cupboard, you should probably pass this one up.

I have a  small hamilton  beach  waffle maker and  I  never  make waffles but  it  gets  a lot  of  use.  I  use it to  grill  buttered  toast,  grilled  cheese  sandwichs,  nothing  as good  as  a grilled  peanut  butter and strawberry jelly  sandwich, Don't even own a toaster anymore, I have  even  heated  up  a piece  of  left-over  meat  on it.  Most  useful small appliance I have  ever  owned.  I  live  alone so only  cook for one,so  probably  wouldn't  work so well for  a family. But  toast and  english mufins do taste  better  toasted with  butter  on  it  and  it is  easy  to clean , small for storage.

I have had this waffle maker by hamilton beach for some time now and It is still going pretty strong. I really love it. it is small enough to live on my counter top if I wish, it does not take up a whole lot of room. The look this waffle maker is cool and fitting with the rest of kitchen helpers. making waffles in this unit is really easy and fun the non stick aspect is a life saver. I rarely have to spray cooking spray before poring the batter in and the waffles come out nice and easy and really yummy everytime. I love to experiment with different waffle recipes and the hamilton beach waffle maker makes it fun and easy. the price was really great, it was a little bit ago when we got this maker but i know it was not expensive. it is made to last and clean up is really easy too. I would deffinately recommend to anyone who needs one. it is fun, light, does not get crazy hot and clean up is  breeze
