I wanted an ice cream maker for the summer to help cut cost. I ended up buying the Hamilton beach Ice Cream Maker. It comes with a couple of easy recipes, I made the easy vanilla and just added melted chocolate and it came out GREAT! The texture is almost like a frosty, be careful not to add too much vanilla or it will take away from the taste. The Hamilton Beach Ice Cream Maker can also be used for making yogurt, sorbet, and gelato. It is very easy to use and to clean up.
