The Food Network 4-in-1 Griddle was a huge disappointment. I had wanted one for months after seeing it on a Food Network show and finally got it for Christmas. The heat is inconsistant and it is very difficult to clean. Once the heat reaches where it is supposed to be, the heating element stops and the temperature drops quickly and then takes too long to kick back on. Even making simple pancakes or grilled cheese is really difficult because the heat is unpredicatable. Making meat is even more difficult for the same reason! I like that the plates come off for easier washing, but it is really hard...
