I would give it a zero if they had one. After one month we dropped the wand on the ceramic tile and the plastic on it broke in 2 exposing the wires. I called customer service and they said of course plastic will break if you drop it on a hard surface. I guess they should mark their vacuums FRAGILE and certainly not durable. Maneuverability I guess you can move it if you don't accidentally drop it. Ease of Maintenance Get the duct tape and super glue because the parts are back ordered. Suction Performance Who knows it only worked 3 times before breaking. Versatility It is versatile. It starts as a vacuum and ends up trash. Design Try using a softer plastic next time like Hoover. Something less brittle. Durability Yeah right. See above. They did not stand behind a 30 day old vacuum after it broke.

Although I have a couple of vacuums, I needed one for every day use--one that is versatile. Since I have multiple surfaces -- such as tile, wood and carpet -- I needed a vacuum that could be used for all with little adjusting. The Eureka Complete Clean Bagless Canister Vacuum Cleaner, 955A is perfect! What power! Maneuverability The Eureka Complete Clean Bagless Canister Vacuum Cleaner, 955A is lightweight, so it is easy to move around. I don't have to carry the bulk of it most of the time. I just leave it on the ground and it moves with me. I do have to be careful not to pinch off the vacuum tube when going around corners. But, all vacuums have some issues like this. Ease of Maintenance This is the only tricky issue. It is bagless, so it can be messy when I have to dump out the dirt and dust. Other than that, it cleans up fairly quickly and hasn't needed any other maintenance in the six months (or so) I've had it. Suction Performance The Eureka Complete Clean Bagless Canister Vacuum Cleaner, 955A is very powerful. It sucks everything up. But, I don't have pets right now and wouldn't know how it would perform in homes with pets. Versatility I can clean my multi-surface floors, furniture and drapes with just this one machine. Design As far as I'm concerned, this vacuum is designed very well. It is lightweight and I can stand while vacuuming. Works for me! Durability I've had this vacuum for less than a year, so I'm not sure about its long term life. But, I haven't had any issues so far.
