When it comes to nutrition and supplements, one must compare the cost of the product to the quality of the product. These multivitamins are certainly cheaper in price than most of the competition, but being cheaper in price, they are also cheaper in quality. They do cover a wide range of vitamins and minerals, so they can offer some good benefit. Vitamins quality can depend on the ingredients that they are made from, and these ones seem to be made from cheaper ingredients (hence the cheaper cost for the consumer). For me personally, I have not seen as good of a result from these vitamins as I have from other brand name products. To me, if I am going to pay for additional supplements, I would rather pay a little bit more money in order to get a better quality product that will make me feel better and healthier and also give me much better results. So I would recommend a better quality product than this particular one.

I used to use these before I switched to my current brand of multivitamins. They work pretty good. They are a great value for the money. If I had to choose a cheaper brand of vitamins it would definitely be these. They are very good for someone trying to keep a budget and save some money. These vitamins helped fight colds that I always get if I do not take a multivitamin every day, in turn helped keep my cold sores away. A definite plus! They also gave me a good amount of energy. The design package is nice and count per bottle is acceptable. Even though the pills are quite large (as most vitamins are) they go down easy. I would take one daily with a full 8 ounce glass of water. I have recommended these vitamins to a few people in the past. If for some reason I couldn't afford my current brand these would be my next choice. Over all I was happy with my experience while taking these.

As soon as I reached my 50's I switched from taking a regular multivitamin to a mature/senior type of vitamin. I started out taking a name brand but quickly switched when I compared the ingredients and price of the name brand vs. the Equate brand. Now Equate Mature Complete Multivitamin is my multivitamin of choice; and I buy the 220 tablet size. Equate Mature is a multivitamin/multimineral dietary supplement which contains, among others, Vitamins A, C, D, E, and K; Thiamin (Vitamin B-1), Riboflavin (Vitamin B-2), Vitamin B-6, B-12, etc.  The dose is one tablet per day.
