I purchased Desitin Overnight relief in hopes of a miracle cure for my twins diaper rash. My husband and I were changing the girls every 1-2 hours to try to get rid of the redness. Ireland and Isabella were miserable for days.
While shopping at Wal-mart, I spotted this product on the shelf. After only a few hours of use, both of the girls had significantly less redness. The cream is very thick, so it stays on the skin better than most creams. In two days their rashes were gone. I was a very relieved parent and my twins were comfortable and happy. It is now the only brand I buy.
Desitin Overnight Relief is the only Diaper Cream that I use for my son's diaper rash.

I find the smell pleasant, as I remember it from childhood. It gives instant relief and works to correct the diaper rash overnight. It...
review »Desitin Rash Ointment is the only rash ointment I will use. I am the mother of 3 adult children and used it when they were growing up. I now use it on my granddaughter. I have used generic products and store brands and they do not even come close to effectively treating diaper rash. Desitin forms a coating that protects the baby's bottom from urine and fecal matter. My granddaughter has extremely sensitive skin and only Desitin does the trick. Other members of my family, including adults, use Desitin when they have chafing on parts of their body. It may cost a little more than store brands...
