When I joined the workout gym "Curves" for Women, all the of trainers highly recommended **Curves™ Complete Biomultiple. ** They touted that it gave you an amazing boost of energy and makes you feel healthy and able to achieve your weight loss goals faster.  Like a sucker, I bought into their story and spent an exorbitant amount of money on these "miracle" pills.  My first reaction to them was awful.  It made me sick to my stomach.  I felt queasy with an upset stomach.  I didn't stop there though.  I wanted my money's worth from the supplements.  I tried it for the next week. (The recommended dose is twice daily.)  When my system finally got used to the pills (without feeling sick), I didn't notice any other benefits that a regular multiple vitamin would produce.  I would not recommend this to a friend or anyone else.   Save your money and for healthy benefits - use good old fashioned diet and exercise.  Luckily these supplements/vitamins are only sold Curves locations.
