Good website for any couponer!

4

CouponMom.com is a website for any couponer- mom or not. It has links to popular coupon sites such as Redplum and Smartsource, and of course Coupons.com. It also has a link to it that shows you Sunday Coupon Previews; basically a preview of all the coupons that are going to be in the Sunday paper, so you can plan even before the paper comes out. CouponMom also has a section entitled "How to Coupon" that will list techniques and the best things you can do at specific stores such as Target or Walmart. There's also a small section of freebies, but I've seen better on other sites. My only complaint about the website is that it is difficult to navigate, and the layout is confusing. There are ads in the middle of pages which makes it confusing when you're trying to find something, or just browse. That aside, this is still a great website for finding all the coupon deals you can, through a variety of sources. I would definitely recommend this website to anyone who is serious about couponing.

Very Helpful Website

This website is very helpful at finding coupons, Internet deals, and free samples. It has been a great help to us in finding the best deals and discounts available, and it is a great site for saving money. It is one of the first places I turn to in order to find good deals. Ease of Use The site does take some work to navigate around, and you need to spend a little time learning the codes that are used for shorthand. But part of the time involved in navigating around is because of the great deal of information that needs to be sorted through. Simply because they offer a lot of coupons, it will take longer to sort through. Product Selection I especially like using the features that allow me to look for grocery deals by state, as well as the ones that give a coupon database (a little slow to work through) and a separate section on free samples. Product Pricing The site can be accessed for free, and the membership is free as well (where you can get email updates).

I don't care for it.

I have a few issues regarding Couponmom.com. I tried the website briefly but there are much better coupon and savings websites. I don't like having to sign up, the website is not user friendly, and a lot of their coupons are obscure. To get full access to the website you have to sign up. The sign up it quick but I would just rather not do it at all. Couponmom.com is not a user friendly website, which is why I can't use it. There is so much on each webpage and it's just chaotic! You can't even differentiate between the ads on the page and the actual information on it. I find this to be overwhelming. Recently I checked out the "Online Coupons" section and there was only one store on the first 2 pages that I recognized. The other retailers were obscure places I had never heard of. I wouldn't recommend this website. There are MUCH better ones out there that you do not have to sign up for and that aren't a cluttered mess. Ease of Use The website is way too cluttered. You can't even tell which things are advertisements and which things are part of the actual webpage.

Forcing my hand

While I must say that their are some things to like about couponmom.com, I will also say that there are a few things I dislike as well, immensely. For starters, I simply don't appreciate feeling as if I am being forced to provide my email and some other important information in order to get access to the coupons. Another thin I don't like is that once you sign up, they don't exclusively send coupons. They also send sponsored offers and advertisements. I wouldn't say that they go to the point of intrusive spamming but there are times when I get a little bit tired of it. On a more positive note, there are also a few things that make joining the site worthwhile. For instance, I love how they simplify the couponing process so much. You can narrow your search options to your state, a particular store or even a particular restaurant. For the most part, the usefulness and money saving opportunities that are presented within the site are worth a few slightly bothersome emails every once in a while. Ease of Use Forced sign up to view items on site, coupons ect. Product Pricing not necessarily applicable. Shipping and Returns Not really applicable

I will give this site an 8 for a rating because it is so cluttered. Everyone loves coupons, and I'm no exception. I have three kids and my grocery bill is skyrocketing. I figured a site run by a mom would have great coupons and money saving tips. There are tons of coupons and offers, but first you have to sign up. I think people should be allowed to browse the site to see what's available first, then decide to become a member, that's just my opinion. There are places for free samples, which is a bonus. I think they should re-organize the site, and get it more up to date. Also, maybe they could find a way to make it less cluttered, meaning put all relevant items in certain sections, and somehow keep the ads off to the side or something like that. I realize the ads are needed to pay for her site, but I have been on other coupon sites that are generally more organized and more user friendly. Once you get used to it, it's pretty decent for coupons.

Save Hundreds a Year On Your Groceries

I love coupons, I subscribe to many newspapers so I can get coupons. In an economy like we have today, every cent you save does add up. So when I seen this coupon site as I was looking up printable coupons, I joined. It isn't just a coupon site, it shows you have to save money on groceries in a variety of ways. The best part, it's free to use this site, and the information is free. Which is wonderful because it's rare these days, to find anything online for free. Ease of Use It's easy to use this site. It was started by Stephanie Nelson to help others save money on the groceries you intend to buy anyway. It has a database of coupons, and it has sales from many common stores everyone shops. Which shows you how to combine the two so that you're able to get more from every dollar you spend. Product Selection This site offers many tools that you can combine to save the most on your grocery bill. They do the work for you. It does take a little time to learn how to use the site, but it's well worth it because it will literally save you hundreds on your grocery bill. Product Pricing This is a free site to use. They do have many ads, so my advise is to get adblock, which is useful when using these types of websites. I gave this site a eight on pricing because of all of their ads.

Wasn't For Me

Always looking for great money saving coupon sites, I thought that I would try Coupon mom. When I first signed on, I found that I was totally lost. The website seems very confusing and hard to navigate. It seemed to take forever before I could find anything that I would actually use. Once I did start figuring it out, I found that it was more trouble finding a good deal than it was seeming to be worth. I did find a lot of coupons, but didn't really find many that were of any use to me or my household. I have heard some people say that they like the site but personally I think this website is a waste of time and don't feel as tho I am saving so much money by using it. I only used the site a handful of times before I realized this. I do not use this site any longer and would definitely not recommend it to anyone else. You can save so much more just by simply using the coupons in your Sunday newspaper.

Great coupon and more place!

I recently joined couponmom.com to check out if I could really find coupons that were useful. The website is fantastic! So many different options. I really appreciate the page on How to Coupon, giving out great tips. Besides just printing coupons, it shares the grocery deals in your city! It will have a certain list of grocery stores that have great discounts as well as certain items that are 50% or more off at certain grocery stores. They don't just stop at grocery stores. CVS, Walgreens and Rite aid are also included. As well as there are restaurant coupons! There also have coupon codes for online shopping, whichis fantastic! there are a lot of websites I've never heard of, but if you need to find a deal you can check this out and that could lead you to buying something on sale. I highly recommend taking a gander at this place if you want to see if you can save anything the next time you go grocery shopping! It's one area you can check a lot of stores prices all at once!

Great site for Coupon Beginners

When I decided to try & reduce my monthly grocery bill, this was the first place I went. It is fairly easy to follow and the Coupon Mom has lots of great resources & information to those who want to start using coupons to save money. They list out what coupons you need to get the deal at the stores each week & what week's newspaper coupon flier they were in. They also have a handy email they send out that lists the top deals of the week at the major national stores. I loved scanning that on Sundays to see if anything on there was something I could use. I also think that the forum on their website is helpful. When I was first starting out, it was helpful to see what people bought in a single trip at a store & what coupons they used to get that deal. A lot of the commenters in the forums do exactly this & outline their shopping trips. They would also respond to questions & I think this was a great way to learn the ropes. Now that I understand how to coupon, I don't really use the site anymore, but it is a wonderful resource for those who are just beginning!

Pretty cool site

CouponMom.com is a pretty neat site for people who want to save some money on groceries and household necessities. There are a few different features on the site to help with the money saving. First, there are the printable coupons. This, to me, isn't a big bonus because you can find those same coupons anywhere. Also a few sites I belong to like Swagbucks.com and Inbox Dollars actually pay you or give you points when you use their site to print the coupons. Second, the woman who publishes the site gives advice on how to coupon and get the most for your money. The tips are helpful for beginners like me. Third, the sale prices for the stores in each area are also listed. These prices I've found are not always up to date, though I imagine since she covers such a large area it's difficult to get all the information gathered day to day. However, I guess that's not really an excuse since she shouldn't offer a service if she's not capable of providing it.
