We've had this item for about three months now. When I first opened it and read the directions, one of the things it said in there was something along these lines, "you have to practice with this product." It is difficult to get the hang of it. But once you master the skill, this product is a time saver. I've also used it to sanitize my son's mattress after he has night time accidents. If you do decide to purchase this product (I recommend it) please be patient with it! It will save you time in the long run. Ease of Use You DO get better with time. Design It is kind of awkward to store.
